1 /5 Anthony Rizzuto: This urgent care location is typically acceptable but my experience today was so horrible I will never go back. I had a provider with a terrible attitude that was completely useless to my well being and health. The providers name is Christopher Rowan or Roman (I can’t read the signature which also doesn’t include his title). Absolutely horrible bedside manners and did nothing to help I could’ve stayed home for the assistance I received as my wife and I both are experiencing horrible flu and cold symptoms. His answer was drink fluids and rest if you’re not better in 10 days see your primary doctor. My wife was the patient of this visit and has had breathing issues her entire life. We all know how serious these illnesses have been just an all around sour experience.

1 /5 Tracy Thompson: I had the worst experience today. This isn’t not my first time with the doctor, but it will be my last. I came in today because I was hurt from work. The doctor Christopher Rowan asked me why did I even come in today. Wow I was shocked. He was the nicest person before , but today he couldn’t care less. He stated it would be a waste of time to do an x-ray and after two minutes, he sent me on my way. I filled a complaint, because now I have to go to another urgent care to get proper medical attention. If you’re having a bad day stay home because people lives and well being are affected by his poor decision making.

5 /5 Larry Davenport: I have just moved up here from Long Island its been about one year and a half I chose Middletown Medical Center they are 5 minutes from my house I see Bernice Ziegler she is very helpful my wife and I will see her my wife likes her very much I like her too. Theres never really a long wait there only thing todays visit was a telemed visit I have those once a month for regular visit the only thing is they are never at the time they are promised whenever they say 8:45 a.m. it always ends up being 9:45 or 10:00 a.m. not a big deal as I am retired as my wife is also so I can put up with that otherwise they are very efficient they offer almost every service down there so you dont have to travel here and there to have everything done so I give them a five no problem

Paula LaBruna: My dad was born at Good Sam in 1939. This was his main go to place over the years. He had a couple trips to the ER and recent hospitalization in Feb. Always, a positive trip to the ER and always got placed in a room, not hallway . When he was admitted on 3rd floor, staff very friendly, helpful, and rooms clean. This whole team includes the nursing, aides, social worker, PT/OT/Speech, hospitalist, housekeeping, front desk, phlebotomy, food services. Also, I would like to thank the Wound Care Center. The whole team treated my dad so well.

I am thankful for immediate attention when one of my critters needs something. Dr. Quick will refer out if he knows that there is a specialist who would be better equipped in some cases. This shows honesty and integrity.

Dee Adams: Do not go to this doctor. My father was a patient of his for over 20 years. His office is outdated & doesnt have the capability to do anything. My dad visited his office the day before he passed away. My father looked unwell and had lost a lot of weight and instead of calling the ambulance like a logical doctor would, he sent him home with some scripts. My dad passed away the next day. Dr. Garfinkel didnt even call my family to express his condolences or even send flowers despite my family having a long standing relationship with him. Stay away unless you want mediocre care. I regret not having my dad switch providers a long time ago.
