1 /5 Amiyah Cummings: This place is horrible I went to go get a French tip with a nude color pink and he did white on my nails. They look nothing like the picture I showed. I paid 130 for 2 sets when the board says $35 for a full set.

1 /5 joneisha whipple: Horrible with nails , only good for feet and eyebrows. Went here for years and always leave disappointed. Highly do not recommend.

5 /5 Claraines Peralta: Jennifer did an amazing job. She took her time for the gel manicure and pedicure and left my feet and hands feeling relaxed. Out of all the nail places Ive tried in both watertown and syracuse, this one is definitely the one to go to. There was zero wait time, and I love how my nails came out.

1 /5 Arika Selmon: I got my nails done here yesterday for my birthday and the lady was horrible. (Older, thin, short lady at 1st desk in the middle row to the right of the register.) She cut me a bunch of time with the drill. My fingers still hurt and burn every time I wash them. Then she had glue or product resin ( not sure what it was. Just know it was coming off) all over my fingers. I’m still peeling it off. The shape was horrible not what I asked for and made my hands look horrible, plus they are not even straight on my fingers. She charged me $65 even though she knew she did it wrong she knew she cut up my fingers, she knew I still had glue or whatever it was on my hands, and she knew I was unhappy. Of course I did not tip and will not be back. I wish I had checked reviews ahead of time. They have 2 stars for a reason.

1 /5 angela davis: Less than a week after having a full acrylic set done, five nails popped completely off like press on nails. Staff was very rude when I went to get the nails re-done. Did an absolutely terrible job at replacing one of the nails. Will never spend another dollar here!
