1 /5 Yari Mendoza: I went to this place near my workplace. My first experience was great. I love how careful the guy who took care of me did my nails. The second time I went to remove the dip powder and do a new set of nails plus a pedicure. As soon as I got there, two older ladies started to do my feet and hand. I felt uncomfortable went the lady tried to sell me a spa green tea packet for my feet simply because when I do go to do my nails, I like not to be bothered and enjoy the treatment peacefully. The lady doing my hand took on and off the aluminum foil without even letting the powder dissolve. Then she started to do the shape on my nail, and I noticed how hard she was doing it. Mind you are my natural nails. Then she started doing the deep power while the other lady was doing my feet. A few nails were getting messed up every time she tried to do the deep and powder. When the lady for my foot finished, she moved me to finish my hands at the table, and the lady started to do my nails even more hard. A few times, I thought of stopping her and just leaving my nails like that. I sat there, and the lady started rushing even more because it was the time of closing the place. She cares more about leaving than giving good treatment. My nails are all cracked on the inside. And to even terrified my experience in here, the lady that was doing my feet trying to help the one that did my nails told her to get her jacket so they could leave while she gave me a back massage. The lady rug my shoulder so hard that I was in pain as if I was sore the next day. They charged me $105.30 for the worse service I had experienced. Not only did they overcharge, knowing the experience they were giving me was poorly because they were rushing to close, but they also waited for me to tip them. I got up and said thank you politely and left without tipping. Price is never an issue for me anywhere I go as long as the service is good and I can enjoy my time. All of this could have been prevented if they knew that within 1 hour and 30 minutes, they couldn’t do the process; they could have asked if I could come tomorrow. If I ask for a regular pedicure, do not try to sell your client something they are not interested in. If you don’t have the experience to do dip powder, then say that instead of damaging my natural nails.
