What I appreciate most is how much they care about their clients and their craft. Whether I’m going for a simple look or something more intricate, they always bring my vision to life flawlessly. SweetPoison I’ve been coming to this nail salon for about two years now, and honestly, it’s always such a good experience. The team is super friendly, the vibe is relaxed, and I always leave with nails I love. They’re consistent, detail-oriented, and just really good at what they do. Whether I’m going in with a design in mind or just figuring it out as I go, they always make it look amazing. My nails last, they’re shaped perfectly, and I get compliments all the time. It’s one of those places you just feel comfortable in, and I don’t plan on going anywhere else anytime soon. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality work and a chill atmosphere.

Farrah Vasconez I’ve been going to Kelly for the last 4yrs. She is an amazing person and knows what she’s doing. I love my nails to be glittery and on point. I would bring her pics and she will definitely recreate it for me. I bring my daughter to get a gel manicure and she gets her nails done with one of the other ladies. Kelly always super sweet and professional. Tony does my pedicure. He is awesome and super gentle. He will have your feet super smooth and looking good. Callus removal. The pedicure seats are massage chairs. Come by you won’t regret it!!!

Shashon Denise Ballard-Huffman They’re always nice and hospitable. Every time I get my nails, feet and eyebrows done they’re on point. Kathy does my nails although the others are good too. I just like to keep the same nail tech when I go. I go every two weeks faithfully.

Tuff Chick Kelly is Amazing! Super detailed and attentive! She does nails the way nails should be done with care and with regard to what the customer wants! My birthday nails lasted more than a month with almost all gems intact!! super impressed and I travel pretty far to see her worth the distance, wait if there is one and and cost! Whole staff is awesome and great at what they do! Love coming here ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Valentin Ken “BIGKEN” Went for manicure and pedicure. Very expensive for butcher work. Cut half my toenail off, bleeding and she wasnt phased. Asked her to buff and she said they didnt have that so I had to do clear polish. Barely did anything to my feet as far as scrub or massage but has me soaking for over half an hour. I definitely will not be going back.

Henry P Best Nail Salon Ive ever visited. The owner (I think her name is Sophal) did a really good job with my nails and my nails have never looked better. The price were definitely on the cheaper side too and she was really willingly to work around when I could come in. This is my new to do go place for my nails!

Nika Rohny This room the worst to make your nails I do not recommend or joke. Since you enter the ladies if you can call them they look at you from head to toe, they talk to each other and then despotically and without wanting to tell you what to do? because they were entertained making their nails between them !! among them they talk to whom it is up to me to do my nails I stay waiting and very rude one of them tells me to go with her and they tell me that she does not have the material to do to me what better makes me new, very reluctantly! and without professionalism grabs the machine and cuts me to the side of the nail bleeding very ugly I get a powder and my finger hurt so much that with the acetone was worse then I decide not to do my nails with people like these charge me 5 to take them away and when I tell them where the owner is! they say that she never arrives and I designed one of them very cynically that what happened when they were all seeing him and talking to each other, I told him that if he was a professional, they were sending me to my house and he says the one that cuts me and that he wants me to take her by the hand to wash it or what? Apart from us we charge $ 5 and do not charge when it is clear that if I get paid and I told him to pay and say the other one because he has $ 5 throwing it to the table. But Ahy, Ill leave it for you with that, buy a little education, humility and professionalism ... I do not understand how a business works like this with people like this? They all start as shopkeepers to talk that you did not know who to understand them I know Ecuadorian people with a lot of respect and humility but these people really are the worst till the ladies dared to tell me that I complained to whoever if I want I also complain horn with donald trump I wonder where the owner is ???? since it is clear that they are sent alone they do and undo at their whim and of course they can complain because they cover everything!

Emelyannee Garcia “Emmie” My Nails Was Literally Just Done Yesterday. Paid $82 Dollars For A GEL Pedicure &Manicure Set Plus “COFFEN” Acrylic Tips. Around 2PM - Almost 5PM. This Would Have Been A Great Review And Might Have Even Referred This Place IF My Nails Were Properly Filed And Painted. This Is What Makes BAD BUSINESS! When Your Doing Nails, You Should Be Completely FOCUS On Your Customer. NOT Being Distracted By Talking On A Phone Call, Unless Your A Professional Which Clearly The Other Lady Wasn’t. My Nails Shouldn’t Be Chipping Away LESS THAN 24 HOURS.!!! Like I Said, I Love How They Came Out.. But Until I Finally Realized My Nails Were Painted Incorrect, It Was Too Go In &Fix Them.

RaQu Alight Pretty good service, I was seen quickly and satisfied with the outcome of my mani pedi, the only reasons why I didnt give more than 3 stars are because usual protocol of washing my hands after they been filed wasnt given to me as an option he filed dipped my hand in water in a bowl, dried and applied polish. Also bring your headphones or youll have to listen to Asian symphonies the whole time.

brittany eersteling I’ve been going to them since 2018 Tony and the lady in the first chair are great. The lady in the first chair is dope and open to designs but keeping mind they are pricey. Tony does such an amazing job and my nails last me at least a month before lifting.

Migdalia Tetro I’ve been coming to this nail salon for years because it’s close and their work is satisfactory. It took some time to get it right with the nail techs yelling at me to relax. I have my regular nail tech but she wasn’t working today. I went in with one nail completely broken. The owner had one client and the salon was completely empty. He said he couldn’t take me I had to come back tomorrow to see my regular nail tech. In all the years I’ve been coming, this has always been a walk in salon. For a $60 gel fill in I’m not begging someone to do my nails.

Keneva Edwards I went in the morning on Friday 13,2024 around 9:35am and one person was occupied. I told them what I wanted and none of the women wanted to take me so they sent out this man who went on to ask me what color I wanted. In my mind, I didn’t want him to do my nails because the last time he didn’t do a good job. Yes anyways, he went ahead to do my pedicure, he did cut my toe too much until it bled first red flag, then he did my manicure. The reason for my 1 star is because my gel manicure came off within 1 day which makes no sense! I want back my hard earning $72 in cash I paid then. In advance, the worse part is that I did my eyebrow and the area above my lip and the lady who did it burnt my eyebrows and the area above my lip and it hurts really bad. I have photos I am going to put under this review now. In conclusion, don’t visit them because they don’t care I didn’t get the service I want due to negligence. They lost a customer thought I had found a good one in the Bronx and here we go again.

Tiffy Lu I like how my toe nails came out except the lady cut too much of my cuticles off and made two of my toes bleed. Praying to the lord I don’t get an infection. Its $30 for gel and you basically have no choice because if you want regular nail polish you have to “dry your nails outside” per the signs on the wall and the employees themselves say so.

Denica Meade Toe nails were nice but the guy messed up my nails . He used the wrong color , I can literally see my real nails under the color. He didn’t cut my real nails or even trim my cuticles down before starting the nail process. They rush to much. He caught a bad attitude when He noticed I didn’t like them .

Gail Haynes Originally, I had my nails done in Charlotte when I went for a visit. I went to Lucky Nail Salon for a fill in. I spent $128. tip included just for my nails to crack and chip. I will not return.

Jennifer Feliz Had a quick and well done pedicure here. Cant wait to go back and add on the 10min massage. Its a little pricier than other places nearby, but the job was well done, and it was spacious and peaceful inside. Thats what Im looking for. I am coming back.

Erin Davis The lady that did my feet did a great job but her boss which Im guessing is the owner was very nasty. Not sure why only 2 people can do nails out of about 5-6 workers. Was in there to get prepped for a wedding was told I could leave because I could not wait around for him to do my nails. He seems to always have a nasty demeanor when anyone walks in the shop. Ive been there a few times just mainly for my pedicures. The second time i give them a chance to attempt my nails he comes off rude then tells me i could leave. Than the fact because I choose not to do dipping powder and rather acrylics he makes smart remarks amongst his workers. When in fact the last time I got my nails done there I did the dipping powder and my nails chipped within a day. Will not be returning they just lost a customer

Angela Pease dont support this nail salon. The owner is an animal abuser. She is stealing and then illegally selling kittens to her customers and to people just walking down Bainbridge Ave. Not only is that bad business, its bad hygiene to have stray, unvaccinated animals roaming about the salon.

Just an FYI: it’s more money if you polish them with a buffer than getting a regular nail polish. Still love the service

Dezrin Pucci I was immediately greeted as soon. As I walked in and I recieved a nice pedicure by a woman with a heart tattoo on her arm. She never said her name. But my toes look and feel fantastic thanks to her. The only con in this shop is that they charge $10 for the callous remover gel when other places charge $5. Definitely was not paying for that service here. They use a hot stone on your legs and feet at the end of the pedicure which feels delightful and it makes this place unique from other places. I will be back to get my pedicures done here plus I only paid $20 bucks on a Sunday which is decent in my book.

Jessica Stahmer I go at least once a month to get my UV gel permanent French nails redone. Michelle is a wizard. She takes her time to make sure it’s just right. The shape and color is always perfect and I can go weeks longer without a fill than when I went somewhere else that charged more.

Anastacia Vassell Whatever idea I come with , Flo executes(yes, I’m a French girlie).I got to Lulu or Khonnie for my pedicure.I always recommend Rebel nails to my friends because everyone that works in the establishment is super talented. I’ve never had an issue with customer service , the shop is always clean and welcoming. I would definitely recommend going to Rebel nails , they also offer a number of other self care services.

Saadia Haynes I have been going to Flo for over 10 years. I witnessed her transition from working in someone’s shop to having her own. I will continue to go to her as long as can even if I move out of the 5 boroughs. I will make trip so that speaks volumes. I also have been going to Khonnie 8 years for my pedicures and I can’t see one without the other. It is an amazing establishment with amazing and real staff.

I asked for a Christmas themed design (SNS dip powder). I requested two nail designs, and this was challenging because I have pretty small nail beds.. yet he still did AMAZING !

The staff is very respectful and nice. Place is very clean and beautifully decorated. I chose the volcano pedicure and regular manicure with Gel. PETER is the best. He’s very kind,helpful and did an amazing job. I’ll definitely be back :)

Taylor Kornstein I have been to this nail salon before and never loved it, but it’s convenient, so I go. This time was so unpleasant that I truly have no interest in going back. I sat down in the chair to get my nails done at 1:55 PM and was paying at 2:11. During this time Mollie was applying gel polish to my nails. She starts by asking me if I can grow my nails. I explained I’m a nail biter, but I am trying to stop. She then rolls her eyes and proceeds to aggressively push back my cuticles and visible hurt me. She then applies the polish and tells me it’s not good. I explain I have gotten this exact color before and it needs three coats, but I like how it looks. She simply says “no” and then stops every passing nail tech to show them my nails. When she finished applying the polish she scrolled on her phone as my nails dried under the UV light. When the drying process was complete she did not touch up any of the polish that got on my skin, she did not wipe the sticky layer off with alcohol, and the concluding massage consisted of her slapping my back for 2 minutes. I went to pay and Mollie checked me out. I pulled out my card and she asked if I had cash. I said I’d be paying with card. She then asked how much I was tipping. I truly was not going to tip, but since I was so uncomfortably put on the spot I told her $3. She got upset and asked a number of times “only $3?” As I was leaving the salon, Mollie was pointing at me while angrily speaking to the other employees. This whole ordeal took 16 minutes and cost $41 (plus $3 tip)

Helen Ilbis Went to get my toes done and Manuela did a wonderful Job. The environment is clean and very friendly and there’s also a hair salon in the same spot so 2in1 could be done.

Stephanie c. Never have I ever had a problem with this salon before till today… I always get a Gel manicure. When it comes to any type of manicures they always soak your fingers in water to then take out cuticle. But I don’t know what was going through her mind, She literally applied the nail polish directly on to the nail. Didn’t push back the skin.. no cuticle removal nothing ! When I told her I didn’t like how it looked she had an attitude and asked me if I wanted someone else to take over. I said “are you in a rush?”she then answered no and continued doing my nails. Oh and let’s not mention the attitude for not tipping!!! This is not how you treat loyal, paying customers. I will never return to this establishment. And I’ll let my girlfriends who I’ve referred to this place know as well. Disgusting, unprofessional behavior. Save yourself a trip and money go elsewhere.

A Worst nails I’ve ever gotten…this is what I was sent home with. The Asian lady that did my nails was so rude and snippy…avoid this place at all cost.

jacaly muranelli I decided to give this nail salon another fair shot… needless to say I was once again disappointed. I get the SNS powder nails and every single time I get them from there, they look super thick. It literally looks like molded clay. The one positive thing is the price is decent at $43. Unfortunately chunky nails are not a thing and in my opinion look horrible. I will not be going bad.

Everything was done with such precision and care. I highly recommend the nail tech Lulu—he never disappoints! The ambiance of the salon was incredibly soothing and calm, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the space was a 10 out of 10, which I really appreciated. The employee gave me a warm welcome when I entered the facility and immediately sat me down. The young gentleman Li (strongly recommend) was gentle with me and was extremely nice and very professional. Nail Tech Li - did a very good job on brining my vision to life. I wanted simple and elegant and he did just that and all within a fordable price. Thank you Li! And I will see you in 2 weeks.

Kiara Lora I’ve been going to this place for almost 2 years now. It is my go to spot for gel manicure and sometimes pedicures. My guy Lee hooks me up every time, and knows how to flawlessly execute any designs I present to him. All other staff are nice and professional as well. The place is small and a bit outdated but the quality of service and skills they provide for unbeatable prices, you would not get anywhere else. They take walk-ins but I suggest calling ahead or making an appointment as it gets busy at times.

Diana Narcisse The nail technician, called FONG, always has an attitude. She told me she won’t do my nails anymore because I kindly correct her sloppy work. She even gets offended when I simply look at my nails to make sure I’m satisfied with what I’m paying for. If Fong can’t handle that, she shouldn’t be a nail tec. On top of that, she’s been telling other clients that I’m picky. Learn the difference between being picky and wanting quality work for my money. Sorry, but if the work is sloppy, I have every right to speak up !!!

{Naylani Nelson} Never going back again.. I went at around 6:00 pm to see if I could get a mani-pedi but acrylics. I understood I came kind of late, I had school and work so my schedule was very weird. I have gone before and had no issues, however, I was taken care of by Fong and she always has some type of mean attitude when she has to work. My pedicure came out bad and got dirty 5 seconds after leaving the nail salon. I was given attitude when I said I wanted to do acrylics AFTER I ORIGINALLY SAID THATS WHAT I WANTED AND WAS TOLD THAT WAS WHAT I WAS GOING TO GET. Fong yelled at me and said “What?! No I dont do acrylics for you, I am tired I want to go home” yet there was a lady behind me getting acrylics done at such a late time. I had no words and I am a younger person who goes there often and uses my minimum wage check to get a simple short nails never anything crazy. Instead of just telling me she cant because they are gonna close, she yelled at me and says she wants to go home. Never again, hated the experience and gave too many chances. Also fongs nails never last, they get very loose and sometimes the designs are very poorly executed. Had a nail break after a week.
