1 /5 Zzz Zzz: I am extremely disappointed with the service and the lack of communication at this salon. I specifically asked for an oval shape French manicure and showed a picture as reference, but instead of trying to understand my request, the staff immediately dismissed it and told me it was impossible. I then compromised and asked for an oval square shape, but even that was not done correctly as they still did a square shape.
It is clear that there is a lack of understanding and communication within the salon. As a customer, I expect my requests to be listened to and understood, and for the staff to at least try to accommodate my preferences. Instead, I was met with resistance and excuses.
I am disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received at this salon. I hope that in the future, the staff will make an effort to understand and fulfill their customers requests, rather than dismissing them without even trying.
