Mimi Richards Me and my sister decided to get our nails done at Roni nails because they seemed cheap. I told him I wanted my nails long and they clipped them directly to my fingers, used filthy files on me and when I asked is that file clean they said don’t worry about it. They are very very unsanitary, they filed my skin more than my nails. Then when my sister was getting her nails done the girl filed the side of her nail and filed her skin and it made her bleed she did not clean it and there was blood on her hand.

White China Horrible experience I asked for coffin nails I told the guy he filed to much on the right this is what I walked out with in very disenchanted… they look horrible the lady said I was complaining to much it’s suppose to be gel nail polish and rubs right off

Leslee Negus In hindsight, I should have gotten the nail tech’s name. He was phenomenal. Efficient, friendly and was able to give me ideas for my nails as I wanted French tips but suggested ombré, which was the absolute right idea! In love with this set and color.

Genesis Matile I don’t usually like to leave bad reviews for salons but I went here 7/9/23 only because my usual nail place was closed and I needed a new ANC set for my birthday trip, the guy doing my nails kept filing the ANC when it wasn’t cured yet and ended up putting five coats on my nails. The cuticle area on my left thumb was also bleeding by the time I left. I’m a cosmetologist who learned ANC with a system very similar to what they use there and ended up leaving before the guy could finish bc he was taking chunks out of the nails. I left with super porous and bumpy nails after over an hour and a half of being there. My fingers are also covered in nail glue from him putting a ton of glue under the nail tips and on the underside of my nails. Didn’t even wash off the powder or let him do a top coat, I just paid $40 and left. Very friendly staff and clean salon, and other women were leaving with amazing nails from other techs- if you do go just don’t get your ANC done by the guy, he doesn’t seem to understand how dip powder systems work.

Maria Guay Just left and they seriously charged me 130 for 2 manicures and pedicures when they’re sign said 45, it should have came to 90! My two 13 year olds said regular polish to the lady’s a god 8 times and they acted like they couldn’t understand English, my girls also said they used google translate to communicate with them and heard them talking bad about her legs not being shaved! Again they are 13!! Nail polish is all over, the girls could have done a better job.

TAURUS 39 I tried not to boil it down to raciality if I can use that English .I tried over and over to over look this but I had to conclude,theyre very racial to a black person, they tossed me around to who I wanted to have my nails done,they did the opposite of what I had wanted and collected same price with what I had wanted for acrylic, they never owned up and said sorry, I was very embarrassed, it wasnt the first time, I would never go back

Elizabeth Oregon Service was good. Prices I would say are reasonable. I do think they should work on being a little more personable with customers, instead of having full conversations among themselves. Even if it is light conversation, when someone is getting their nails done, I am 100% sure it doesnt make them feel comfortable when they are being ignored. Granted I will be going again.

Isabel Horan For a good Mani and Pedi, this is the place to go in oneonta. Its always clean, with good service, and wonderful results! I have the utmost respect for the staff who work long and hard hours to give us their service. Be sure to tip and thank the folks at Beauty Nails and Spa, its well worth it!

May Tara “Flock0fturtles” I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. I got a full set of ANC nails on Friday, by Monday I had one broken nail. Then FOUR days after that another one breaks. So, within a week 2 nails have broken off.

Ashley No I’ve gone to this studio 4 or 5 times and the first few times were great, nails shaped great, long lasting gel manicure. Last time I had great colors but the shape was not what I asked for and this time, my nails are so so thin, shaped horrible and basically squared off numbs (I asked the lady for them to be rounded) and more than half of my nails aren’t fully painted. Either it’s missing a good amount on the cuticle or on the sides. Very very disappointed and don’t think I’ll take the chances of going back here.

Katie C First time going here today, and as a walk in they were quick and pleasant. Salon was nice too. I asked for just a gel change (which is $15) and was asked if I wanted a manicure. I specifically said I didn’t want the whole ‘shebang’ just the gel change please. I was then asked if I wanted my cuticles done too and was under the impression this would be just a small add on. I thought I would be in and out in 15 min and it started to feel like I was there a while... 45 min later I’m done and nails look great. I go to check out and am told it’s $40 for the manicure. I told him I only said I wanted the gel redone not the whole manicure, and that I added on the cuticles. He said yes with the cuticles that’s considered a full manicure and it’s $40. I wasnt happy but kindly made it clear that’s not what I asked for. I paid my bill and didn’t fight it, but unfortunately that was my first experience here and will be my last.

Jocelin I have been going to Mie Nails for a long time. They are the best. I usually see which artist is available. Recently they have a newer artist Joey. He is fantastic. Takes his time, very personable and DOES A SUPER JOB! Thank you Mie Nails.

Smoothie Butt Go here !!!!Been going here for the longest to get my French tips and I won’t go anywhere else. The staff is amazing, kind, hardworking and considerate. Prices are unbeatable as well, extremely fair. Anytime I want to spice up my French tip my tech knows exactly how to execute what I have in mind.

Annette Southwell It is difficult finding a new nail salon when being in Rome temporarily. I was at Injoy 2x and like how friendly and professional the staff is which is not the norm at nail salons. I visited at least 5 salons which were either rude or had between okayish or horrible nail jobs. I am glad that I found Injoy. Its is clean and I had two different nail techs who did exactly what I asked for both times with wonderful results. They did not make me feel rushed and took their time. I also like that I have a TV in front of me which helps pass time.

amir Alomari Service was okay, very much over charged. Lady said my girls nails were 122 and my nails were 70. Gave her 200 and she said it wasn’t enough, then demanded a tip. Definitely won’t be back, save your money and go somewhere else

Katie P I got a manicure at the salon and was very happy with it and my technician. However just a few days later, 4 of my nails chipped. I called the salon and was offered a free service to redo my nails. I am so happy with my new manicure and the good customer service.

K F I went on Sunday morning to get dip done, waited half hour to have the nail tech hurry and do the dip on me I asked to get them shorter she just filed them. she didn’t apply many coats to them which I thought was odd, of course 4 days later they all start to crack and break. Now they are lifting and cracked. I am a busy mom who doesn’t get out often to get my nails done again, Relax & Take the time!

Tara Spratz I had such an amazing experience at this nail salon! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Pin was my nail tech, and I seriously can’t recommend them enough. They were super friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about their work. Pin took her time to make sure every detail was perfect, and I left with a set of nails that I’m absolutely obsessed with. The whole experience was relaxing, fun, and honestly one of the best nail appointments I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be coming back and asking for Pin again!

Mackenzie Gullo Absolutely loved my experience here today. I got a full set and a pedicure, and my 4.5-year-old got a mani/pedi — and the staff was so sweet and patient with both of us. They made her feel special and totally took their time, which as a mom, I really appreciated. I’ve been looking for a new nail salon because the one I used to go to religiously has gone way downhill — but I think I just found my new spot! The service, the vibes, everything was on point. So happy we came in!

Kaitlyn Mah Genuinely what even is that picture. One look at the picture will tell you all you need to know about this place—those clumps and shapes speak for themselves. I’ve given this place many MANY tries over the years. I’ve gotten acrylic tips, gel manicures, and more—these people truly put no effort nor care about the quality of their work. I remember one time I was getting my nails done and the nail tech was getting his hair dyed at the same time. He literally had dye dripping down his face and onto the counter. Not to mention he started getting nasty with me when I told him he put the wrong color on a nail. Perhaps if he was actually focussed on his job instead of thinking it was appropriate to get his hair dyed while with a customer, this error wouldn’t have happened. With all this in mind, it is outrageous how much they charge here. Maybe if they actually produced quality work the prices would be justified. Clearly that is not the case.

Lex Got A manicure and pedicure with normal paint done on Thursday & by the night it was chipping off. It’s now Sunday and my nails look like I got them done weeks ago. My sister warned me all there products are cheap and fall off the day you get them and couldn’t agree more. She went through the same expense and after giving them a few try’s she will never go again. So sad and will definitely never go back or spread business. Attaching photos. Don’t waste your money. Not to mention nail lady was miserable. Horrible horrible .

Elizabeth Gabriele Lilly is the very best!! I’m very particular with my Nails & toes shes scrubs the hell out of my dry feet they come out amazing. She’s very detailed orientated. And is very lovely personality. She even gave me a 10 minute massage in the chair. Was a little extra but she’s got strong hands. She’s the best!! Ask for Lilly. And if you want to have a nice talk with her download goodie translate. Works perfectly!! I give her 10 starts!!! ⭐️⭐️

Jennifer Sola-Miller I went for a pedicure and full set. I like regular polish on my toes and gel on my fingers. I asked to have my pedicure first so I had time to let them dry. They refused and insisted they do the set first. My intention was to research my design and color for my fingers while I had my pedi, but that didn’t work out. On a pressured whim I chose a color. Long before it was time to start that step I asked for another color and gave the specific number of the color, that I could SEE directly behind my tech. She pushed away from the table and grabbed a handful of bottles and when I told her it was the one right next to those she then stormed to the color books and brought one over for my to choose my color from. I chose the exact color I was I trying to show her. At that point I was afraid to mention anything else to her about my preferences. I asked for ballerina and got straight square. When she was done I realized there was ZERO apex on a single finger. And anyone who knows nails, knows these will be breaking easily. Like I said was to scared to mention anything after the color change so here I sit with wonky nails. The pedicure was also terrible. Rushed and sloppy. The person next to me had the same package and was sitting long before I was and somehow I was done 5 minutes before her. The coat is uneven and there is color on my skin. Then I had to sit for 20 - yes, she insisted 20 minutes for them to dry. Which could’ve been avoided entirely if they had done the pedi first, like I asked. I’ve been going to this salon for 4 years for pedicures. I’m done. I’m out 115 dollars with sloppy toes and nails that I’ll have to rebuild.

sonia C.cruz I am Sorry but never will I ho back to this place. 90$ for this is outrageous. This is 2$ at Walmart as press ons. Then got asked more than 5 times to tip more like absolutely not. Lucky i even Tipped with this overpriced set. Beyond ridiculous. I will Never go back !!!!

Pam Passino I brought my Goldendoodle in for grooming. I am very happy with the results! It was important to me that he wasn’t put in a crate, while waiting to be groomed. They actually called me to come in earlier because they had finished their previous dog sooner than expected, then called me 10 minutes before they were done. They were very fair on the price as well. I will definitely be returning there. Great personal service and great attitudes. My dog looks great.

Kelsey Ledford I went in today and had a great experience. They were out of my color I selected but Shawn recalled another color that was very close after I selected a second color, it was so thoughtful! He did a great job and really made sure each individual nail was shaped correctly, took his time, and fixed small imperfections without me saying anything. I def will be back!!

Jh Yao Definitely come to this place!!! As a office girl I particularly enjoy their effectiveness. My nail was nicely done within 40 mins where others place will absolutely take 70 mins to achieve the same quality. This is a 16 year old nail salon in the neighborhood with great reputation, I love the owner Suki and her staff very much. The Salon is clean, spacious, quiet and professional;) Price are super reasonable, multiple styles of choice… I normally don’t write reviews that much but strongly recommend!!

Devin Carpentier First time going there decided to take my mother-in-law for a girls day to get our nails done and our toes. They were not only accommodating for my mother-in-law who has MS but they also took their time to do a very nice job on both our toes and fingernails. They explained the process. They took their time to choose the appropriate colors we were looking for. Everyone was so welcoming and courteous. We will definitely be going back, I know I will be going back myself even for an hour drive to get there lol.

Andrea Sheerer This place is wonderful, they are very nice and professional. I haven’t gone to a salon in about 10 years. I was ready for a big change to start over with a fresh look. I found Elle Salon while shopping around for the right place to separate my old hair and give me a fresh hair style. I hadn’t gone to Elle before they moved to their current location however I’ve heard good things and got the right vibes to go. All the stylist are wonderful. My first visit was with Danielle and Gabby was fantastic and help create a new style for me. I got nearly 13” of hair cut off to a ‘bob’ style and highlights, which is new for me. I love them! May daughter told me she wanted her hair styled for back to school. I told her, we are going somewhere that’s going to do it right, and booked an appointment at Elle Salon for her. Sarah Pope Had a great experience at the salon today. Danielle was my stylist and she did a great job trimming and blowing out my hair. I also did the spray tan (3x the charm). My tan looks great and so does my hair. All of the staff is always so friendly, informative, and visiting Elle is always such a nice way to practice self-care. kaitlin gudikunst I am new to the area and have had a really hard time finding a good hair stylist. But today I found one that I absolutely love ! I had Gabby and she is all around amazing she is very professional makes you feel comfortable and she actually listens to you because no one knows your hair like yourself . I’m a nurse, have a toddler, garden, and am REALLY rough with my hands. My manicures have lasted me up to 4 weeks despite all of the abuse I put my hands through! Emmi pays extreme attention to detail, cuticle work, and nail health to ensure that I have the best and longest lasting results. Her space is perfect too. It is a non-intimidating environment and I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in. It’s quiet, cozy, and CLEAN! Her background in healthcare clearly shows with her attention to disinfection and overall cleanliness. Go see Emmi. She’s the best.

Paulie We made appointments for a Saturday later in the afternoon. 2 adults 2 children. The children got manis and pedis and wanted easter colors. On hands and feet. The work done was excellent. The children and adults were extremely pleased. As a man sometimes it feels uneasy walking in to get a pedi,, this place is welcoming and friendly. Mayra did my pedi and leg massage and I was falling asleep it was so relaxing. I will definitely be back.i recommend this business for all and ask for Mayra if your legs are sore. She is a professional with a perfectionists touch.

Cerul Deidre (MzOuiser) All of the nail technicians do top-quality work. I have brought my 84-year old dad in for a mani-padi since he cant see his nails well enough to clip them anymore, and they took wonderful care of him. I go there regularly for powder dip nails and they always do a perfect job, even with more challenging ombre styles! Kevin and Tony are both brilliant massage therapists as well!

Lyane Bernard Went to this salon yesterday after work since Ive heard great things about them and people must not know about nails or I just got the worst person because not even 24 hours later 3 of my nails barely have gel on them and Ive been getting gel done for years and never has this ever happened to me. Skyler Hogan i’ve been going to french connection for about a year now getting my nails done i went yesterday morning 1/15/25 and I got square acrylic nails with gel, polish, and today 1/16/25 The Gel on my nail is starting to peel and the nails are starting to lift. I’ve never had a problem with them before and I love their Salon but it’s aggravating that it’s not even been 24 hours and my nails are already coming off and peeling.

Antonia Galiouris I just recently moved to the area from the city and was nervous that I wouldn’t find a nail salon that was as good as the ones in the city. Thankfully I found French Connection in Cairo and this salon is actually BETTER than any I’ve been to. Every person that works here is very professional and does an excellent job. The salon is beautiful, clean and very spacious. The owner (Tan) is amazing, kind and did my nails so beautifully for my baby shower! I never do anything different with my nails but he convinced me to do something fun and blue since I’m having a boy and I absolutely loved it. I would highly recommend this salon!!! I can’t wait to go back!
