1 /5 Susila Magar: Iām extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the salon. I went in with a friend for a simple color treatmentāno bleach, nothing extremeāand paid $150, expecting a boost in my look. Instead, my hair has never felt so rough, unhealthy, and damaged. The color treatment, which should have been gentle, left my hair in a state I couldnāt have imagined: brittle, frizzy, and completely lacking the natural shine I once had.
I trusted the salon with my hair, believing their expertise would deliver a beautiful, healthy result. Instead, I walked out feeling like I had been through a chemical disaster. My friend and I left with more than just a new colorāwe both ended up with hair that clearly needed extensive care to recover from the damage. Iām seriously questioning their techniques and the products they use.
Overall, I wouldnāt recommend this salon to anyone who values the health of their hair. Save your money and look for a place that truly understands how to care for hair rather than damaging it in the name of a āsimpleā color. Also the staff were so rudeee like sooooo rude!!!!
