5 /5 Elk Hunter: Excellent new facilty for Family Practice Associates doctors office upstairs and SOS, Syracuse Orthopedic Specialists downstairs. Elevators and stairways available. Plenty of well lighted parking. Access road is a bit confusing as no sign (11-2017) but basically behind Clay Eye Center.

She listens to me, came to the hospital to meet my daughters when they were born, worked through one of my children’s complicated communication and anxiety disorders, and was calling experts at night when my other daughter’s bloodwork came back with results that needed to be addressed. She’s direct and to the point. I’ve never met a better doctor.

The biggest issue I have is this office shares a cancer treatment on the right,thats where I took my late mother for her treatments,so going there brings on massive panic attacks . But treated my wife great. They very kind to her.

Josh Dexter: Absolutely one of the worst hospitals in the state and likely the country. Doctors contradicting each other and nurses treating each patient as "common case they see all the time." Typical of NY and a representation of our government. Ill never take my child here again and will likely be going to Boston Medical or Cleveland Clinic where outstanding staff cares about their patients.
