1 /5 Kat Steele: I have been using Oswego Health Medical Imaging, (formerly AMI), for thirty years without any issues. I could schedule appointments with less than a week advance notice, to coincide with my doctor visit. Then two years ago, things changed. This week, I had to call three days in a row just to make an appointment. The phone just rings and rings until it finally disconnects. Today, I was so happy that a human actually answered, until she told me the earliest appointment would be four months from now. I have no idea what’s going on with them, if they’ve just cut their staff to bare bones levels or have become massively busy, all of a sudden. Either way, it’s unacceptable! I switched to another provider and got an appointment in two weeks. Sorry, but one star is being generous…whoever’s in charge needs to fix this!
