1 /5 nani valentino: Super unhygienic. No bowl covers no barbicide or sterilization of tools between use. Pedicure girl is very kind however little to no prep procedure. Highly do not recommend location due to sanitary purposes.

1 /5 H Ramos: Please don’t come here!! First time doing dip powder at this nail salon and it was the worst decision I ever made. The guy that did my dip powder manicure did a horrible job. The whole time he was on his phone watching what I believe was Asian only fans because he seemed to be too concerned with the phone versus doing my nails. When I left my nails were ok looking. My nails started to chip and peel off that very same evening and one of my tips came off immediately !!! I went back a few days later and another male nail tech offered to do my nails but I simply declined. I will never get my nails done here after having this experience with my nail!! I was charged $50 for dip powder service that didn’t even last the same day. I don’t care if it’s being done for free!!! I will never come back and get any service done here !!! The Bronx needs to do better. Can’t get a good outstanding service in this borough because of business like these, high prices for low mediocre work!!!

1 /5 Treniese Ladson: Dont go here!!! I paid $25 for a gel manicure and it didnt even last a day before it started cracking. I went back for the technician to redo my nails and the same thing happened. They are obviously cutting their products or using old products. Whatever the case is, you will waste your money. Customer service is horrible as well. The pictures below are within a day of service.

Amanda Velez: Usually go there every month with my cousin to do our nails. T is my fave nail artist. She’s fast, creative and clean. Prices do range depending on what u get but better off going here than paying 160 for a set at a private person. Prices are reasonable.

Mikayla Carroll: I wanted to come on here and leave a positive review but I’m really disappointed with the quality of service I received at this salon. First, I will say that there was hardly any communication or talking during the 2 hour service which was kind of frustrating to start. The girl working on my service barely talked at all even when trying to spark a conversation and all other employees were talking with their clients. But more importantly I was there on Friday, 02/07, and spent $140, including tip, expecting a long-lasting manicure. It has only been four days, and my gel polish is already peeling off in whole pieces. I don’t do anything that would cause this— I work from home and spend most of my time typing on a keyboard, so there’s no reason for the gel to be lifting from the cuticle and peeling off completely after just a few days. This is not normal for a gel manicure, and it’s frustrating to have wasted that much money on something that didn’t even last a week. I had hopes for this salon as it was my first time and it was booked by my BF as a surprise spa day for me, but based on my experience, I can’t say I’d return or recommend it. If I’m paying premium prices, I would expect premium results or at least a manicure to last a week at the minimum.

Ben is so friendly and meticulous. I felt very comfortable the entire time, and their prices are fair. I’m recommending 4ever to everyone I know!

Naidira Miller: Yesterday my daughter and I got mani & pedi here for the first time! A complete waste a money !!! She is 7 therefore she got regular polish being that she is too young for gel. Within one day the polish is coming off completely. Not chipping but peeling off! I find it crazy because she gets regular polish all the time and this never happens. So I called the owner and Explained what happened. His response was that that is normal. I emphasize that it was not even a full 24 hours since we gotten she has gotten her nails done!! He didn’t even offer to fix the issue. Despite spending $100 on regular polish Mani pedi Don’t waste your money!

I got an ACRYLIC FULL set with GEL polish and 4 nails is already off and it’s only been 5 days. I already was turnt off when I ask for a cursive E on one nails and they gave me a regular E but yea THIS IS NOT OK they refuse to give any refund or to fix it !
