5 /5 Suzie Phillips: I highly recommend Next Gen! I took my 2020 Honda Passport there recently for an inspection and oil change and had the best experience I have ever had at an auto repair shop. From the scheduling, to the follow up text messages, to the technology they used to communicate the results of my inspection (so many pictures), to the interaction I had with Jay when picking my car up, it was TOP NOTCH! They were so transparent, which is not always the case with car repairs, and everyone in the office gave off positive vibes and had smiles to share. I will be back!!!!
