1 /5 Gwen Cabreja: Terrible service! Changed washer fluid pump and charged for "a brand new pump." Had to take to different shop because water was not dispensed properly and shop owner kept saying it was something else, as well as wanting to charge more for alternate "issue," which he never stated what issue was. He kept taking a guess at it. Would not refund money charged for pump even with receipt from alternate shop showing clearly that the issue was the pump he installed and charged for. Will NEVER bring my car anywhere near there. On top of that, he charged more than the HONDA AUTOSHOP to install pump!
