1 /5 Talitha Baez: I called ahead of time and asked how much to braid my hair so I can install my own crochet hair. I just needed her to braid my hair straight back in cornrows. I ask her if I need to bring hair she says "NO I will supply the hair because its only a small amount to braid your hair straight back like that."She tells me $40.00. I said to her cool Im on my way. I take an UBER to her place of business. She has the front door locked and I have to wait to be let in. I get in I say hi I just called you about you braiding my hair straight back so I can install crochet hair.
After I have paid for an UBER got prices from her told her Im on my way she said ok. She then says oh I only do appointments. You must make an appointment. This after I spoke with her on the phone went over the price over EVERYTHING.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! WASTED MY TIME!!!! I would give minus 8 stars for that. No one has money to waste. I dont recommend doing business with someone who doesnt know how to do business. If I call your place of business and ask you prices and discuss with you what I am expecting done. If you only do appointments YOU as the business owner who is SPEAKING to the customer asking for service over the phone should say at some point that YOU ONLY TAKE APPOINTMENTS!!!!! ESPECIALLY WHEN I SAID OK COOL I WILL BE TO YOU SHORTLY!!
