1 /5 Vhe Kar: Since the takeover by NYU, service and accountability have dropped severely. Office politics and faulty phone services lead to dead end answering machines where no one calls back for days on necessary refills.
Hours you can see them are limited as they overstretch their doctors/resources between here and the immediate care, which doesnt take the same insurance as their other practices. For the past 7 out of 9 visits I was shuffled around to 1 off doctors because the day I had to be seen by my primary was scheduled him for a different location. Such negligence makes sure I have trouble getting proper care for chronic conditions because of the lack of continuity and necessary response. In essence, what was once a dedicated practice is non committal at best due to bad management and MVU (Medical Value Unit) based profit management.
Covid is no excuse either since the new management moved in long before the outbreak, and the results have been the same regardless.
Would not reccomend them for anything that requires a follow up, multiple appointments, or if their office to coordinate with other doctors/offices in a timely and professional matter.
