My doctor was extremely reassuring and understood exactly what I was dealing with. I left feeling assured that my health was in good hands. Very professional staff and everyone there really pays attention and asks the right questions. Thank you guys so much for making me feel like an actual person and not just a number on a waitlist.

1 /5 Daniel Salerno: This place has gone downhill - I had been coming here almost my entire life, but will never return. Doctors do not call you back and have no time for you. They seem genuinely disinterested in your health. The front desk staff are wonderful, but the quality of care received from the doctors here is substandard. The quality of care at basically any doctor on Franklin Ave in garden City is infinitely better.

They tell you notify if it’s just bloodwork or vaccine and I came 20 min early and still wasn’t seen until 45 min past appt I need a new practice the nurse who took my blood was shaking so bad I have a nasty bruise and my veins are big and juicy! Such a bad experience

1 /5 Jon Robert: I am not typically a person who reviews places unless they are very good or they are very bad. Well unfortunately this office is horrible in every sense of the word. Sadly enough I loved my doctor but not his office and I can tell he does not like it here anymore either. Ever since new management came in there has been a steady decline in rapport. I had an issue and requested to speak to management who actually declined speaking with me. I have no trust in the office as it’s always an unprofessional atmosphere where you can clearly hear the assistants complaining and unhappy or being completely inappropriate. Farewell to this office

1 /5 Dan: All I can say is Wow!!! This place has change this past year and not for the better. The rooms are dirty with blood samples, Urine samples are left in the bathroom it seems like for hours with people personal info on them, the employees not including the doctors stand around and gossip about going out (drinking) and drama with other coworkers. I’ve overheard some of the girls talking about a patient negatively out in the open by their station. I was in shock and completely uncomfortable after that visit and no longer will be going here. The new management is terrible and should step up and handle their employees otherwise this place will continue to fall apart.

AT AT: I hate that i have to even write this because i think Dr. Hanna is a great doctor. However, the way the office handles appointments is outrageous. These doctors are booked months in advance. Like months. For example, i called to see if i can see Dr Hanna because i am 3 months pregnant asthmatic and have had a cough for over 7 days and feeling short of breath. I was proceeded to be told that she is booked until June 2023 i called december 2022. I then proceeded to ask if there is any other doctors willing to see me . All them are booked until next year. I proceeded too ask what about the patients who get randomly sick and need to see a doctor. What about them ? I never in my life felt unseen and unheard. Im 3 month pregnant asthmatic with a nasty cough and all in was that we are booked until next year. I had to fight call multiple times just to be seen to be heard. Its unfortunate. I remember i called in July 2022 to schedule my appointment in october 2022 for my annual physical. Which is suppose to be in october . I thought i called in a reasonable amount of time... 4 months in advances but nope she didnt have an appointment till January 2023 . Its insane. What is going on where we have to book a year in advance to see our doctors. This is outrageous

Creek Johnson: Probably the most skilled physician I see, however his support staff is terrible. Ive been a 911/wtc patient of Dr ganjian for at least 5 years. He is an extremely skilled provider. After my last visit the wtc rx company rejected the rx (3), for very easily corrected reasons, or so I thought. After leaving 3 messages during normal working hours (no, there is no one to speak to) and not getting a call back... I GOT THE MESSAGE ( that I now need a new dr)

Am cs: Today my son received excellent and thorough care from Kathleen and Mia. I am incredibly grateful his needs were addressed in a calm and kind environment and we were saved a visit to the ER.
