1 /5 Creek Johnson: Probably the most skilled physician I see, however his support staff is terrible. Ive been a 911/wtc patient of Dr ganjian for at least 5 years. He is an extremely skilled provider. After my last visit the wtc rx company rejected the rx (3), for very easily corrected reasons, or so I thought. After leaving 3 messages during normal working hours (no, there is no one to speak to) and not getting a call back... I GOT THE MESSAGE ( that I now need a new dr)

Procedure was as he said it would be and has and amazing response time with patient inquiries. Staff is super friendly and just all around pleasant. His concern for his patients is genuine and part of who he is as a healthcare professional. He treated me in an emergency situation when my former ENT pretty much abandoned me after causing a significant injury to my ear. Dr. Ganjian and his staff waited for me on a holiday weekend to attend to my care. He is an exceptional doctor and person. I recommend him highly!

Robert Wulff: ZERO stars - went here because I have trouble hearing out of my right ear. Dr. Bannen asked me THREE separate times if I have choking issues, to which I said no THREE times. He said he wanted to run a "quick" test while was there.......then they charged me $2009!!!!!! Dr. Bannen just wanted to run up the bill and ran a test I didnt need, didnt ask for and had nothing to do with why I was there.

Lucky Domingo: Im pretty shocked as I had an AMAZING experience. I was nervous seeing the previous bad reviews of waiting long hours or interacting with rude staff. My experience couldnt have been more different. The man at the parking lot booth called for a wheelchair and showed us where to park right away. The intake team at the front were so quick and thorough. I sat in the waiting room for a total of 2 mins before I was called back. The ER was super clean and the staff were all absolutely phenomenal. Each nurse, aid or doctor that came my way were some of the most kind, genuine and helpful medical professionals Ive come across in a while. I was so grateful when they would explain a medicine to me or explain what the next steps were. An ER is a scary place for some people so I truly appreciated how patient everyone was. The referrals and medication given to me helped right away. Since the NP took the time to listen to my symptoms carefully he prescribed me something I hadnt tried yet which helped immensely. The NYU Langone app is also a literal dream, I got all my info there within minutes of the NP telling me he got the orders in. They also had someone call me the next day to follow up and schedule an appt for a referral. Walked me through everything. I was floored. Im really sorry for anyone who had a bad experience here but I am so impressed and happy that this hospital employs kind, caring medical professionals who genuinely seem like they enjoy their work. It doesnt go unnoticed. Thank you to everyone there!! I wish I could shake each of their hands myself.
