5 /5 Lilly La: My sister and I were taken in last minute and we even stayed past closing time. I felt terrible but our techs (I had Andy) did not rush or anything. He took his time and did an amazing job on my dip nails. Even though they were closed and the other workers were cleaning up, Andy still gave me a massage and lotioned up my hands! Even the person that cashed us out asked to look at our nails and had a whole conversation with us. It was a great experience.

Emma redid my nails after a bad experience from another nail salon. She took her time and was as careful as she could be. Very grateful for how much they care about their customers.

2 /5 Felicia McCaffrey: Overpriced!!!! Im from California and I think this place is expensive! That says something. There is an up charge for everything! The work is mediocre especially by the guy with tattoos. In fact, that guy is rough, impolite and just plain rude. He even laughs while doing your service. Excuse me $90 for a pedicure? I dont expect to be cut (cuts all over one of my big toes) and made to feel uncomfortable. This place doesnt deserve the business it gets! That being said, there is ALWAYS a wait! Always, even with an appointment. Id advise finding an alternative place to visit. Dont waste your time and money. Ive gone here three times to try and give them a chance and only one visit was up to standards. Not worth the trouble. I plan on finding a new place.

3 /5 sue canavan: I went a few months ago for a pedicure. The place was very clean looking and I liked that they use the plastic liners. I can’t remember the woman’s name but she somehow cut the bottom of my foot in the arch area. I’m diabetic, so I was not happy. I always mention I’m diabetic in advance, so they go easier and don’t scrape, however I’m not sure she understood. The pedicure was fine but the foot took over a month to heal. So fast forward to today, I had been to another place after my foot healed and they were ok but I wanted a nail design that was fairly simple so some of my friends go to Oasis and I’ve really liked their nails, therefore, I thought I’d give them another chance. Unfortunately, another unpleasant experience. I wanted a darker color on my toes after she did the pedi ore, but I was told the current color was pretty and basically told no. I said I’d wait until after my gel nails to see if I still wanted to change the color. So, I asked for almond nails and a simple design on my middle and ring fingers. She said square would be better and only one finger. Upon applying the black line with a few “leaves” I asked if it could be darkened and again she shook her head no. Then, the design had 3 little white hearts and instead of using polish, she pulled out stickers and applied them. They’re ok but I was a little taken back. But whatever. Then , I went to check out and was charged $110 for the gel nails but basic no gel pedicure. When I looked online the price was $30 for my pedicure. Not sure why I was charged $50. I questioned it and again don’t think she understood what I was asking and she was flustered when I paid cash and had $11.75 discount card. She then charged me $100. 2 strikes and not waiting for a third. Most likely going elsewhere in the future. I’m sure they sensed by displeasure, but I paid and tipped so I’m sure they didn’t care. Does anyone know of a good nail place that listens, is clean, can do detailing and reasonable priced? I Lee went to Ulta and got a good nail file and shape them my freaking self!
