Mari Maxon it is a nice little place, a lot smaller than I had expected but in a good way. when I went for a waxing, the person I got, Amber, was very professional and competent and the end result was beautiful. I also had a manicure done there, the service was pretty basic but again the staff was friendly, and the end result was very well done. i’m looking forward to going back for one of their facials. Overall it’s a pretty nice place.

Katie Dwyer My masseuse was just OK. I didnt feel like she was really in it. Just kind of going through the motions. She massaged my back twice, seemingly trying to pass time, but didnt touch my quads, glutes, nor hands. Just felt rushed and sort of left me feeling eh.

Liv Roux Really wanted to like this place. Pro: the establishment is welcoming and friendly upon arrival. Con: Some disorganization. Got a regular manicure and quite disappointed in the quality of polish and job done. Thick layers were applied following a top coat and dry drops immediately. The dry/fan machines were dusty and not wiped down between appointments especially after someone just got a pedicure. Quality of service needs work. Very displeased and unfortunately would not return. First impressions do make an impact. Please evaluate your staff and ensure quality services are provided especially for the rate of services listed.

Jess S Such a cute place! I got a facial and it was an amazing experience. I got a tea and a foot soak /scrub I first arrived and then got my facial. The products used smelled good and refreshing while also calming. Left with my skin glowing and feeling so soft and clean. Extremely relaxing atmosphere!

Laura Orcutt I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the very intensive pampering spa package with Tracey, and it was a lovely experience. Tracey was incredibly kind and accommodating from the moment I arrived. She took the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring that I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire session. The atmosphere was relaxing, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail. After the facial, my skin felt incredibly soft and rejuvenated. I would highly recommend Tracey’s services to anyone looking for a relaxing and effective spa experience.

Victoria Anyafulu I got the Intensive spa pkg with a facial. For the intensive treatment I chose the Chrysalis. It was wonderful! Tracey is very experienced and good at what she does. My first visit was an enjoyable experience! The only downside to this place is if you are allergic to cats this is not the place for you.

codi notaro Love, love, love Gina! She’s wonderful to talk to and my nails always turn out exactly how I like them. I usually go every 3-4 weeks for a fill. They dont lift and I have never broken a nail. I can call last minute and get an appointment easily!

Debra Norvell I’ve been coming to Ruby Nails for a few months now and Gina has repeatedly been fantastic every time I’ve had my nails done! I show her pictures of my design ideas and she nails it (lol) every. single. time. I even brought my to the extreme and very critical mother who always complains (both during and after the fact) with me once and even she was impressed with the services at Ruby. I make appointments via their website and she’s consistently always been ready to go. They have a large selection of gel polish to choose from, the salon is very clean, and they provide an extremely professional atmosphere overall!

Abrianna O Tried Ruby nails for the first time, absolutely impressed! My friend and I came in with nails that weren’t the best looking from a previous salon. Gina did an absolutely amazing job reshaping our nails. Asking if the shape was okay, if the length was okay, through out the session letting us know the prices as we went along. We are beyond thrilled with our nails.

Dee Thomas I got a regular pedi and a powder mani for $75. The lady who did my nails was sooo nice and I loved the color but when I looked at it closer, I didnt love the manicure. My nails were wide, thick and bulky, they needed a little more shaping I think. The first 2 pictures are after one week. I would go back but not for a powder mani.

Jessica Leuschner Nice job on my gel nails, but they mutilated my eyebrows so badly it was the first thing my husband noticed when I walked in the door. One side is a nice natural brow, the other is almost a pencil. And half my uni-brow was still there! Trust them with your nails, not your brows. I hope brow filler will help salvage my face while it grows back in.

David Skinner It was my first ever pedicure. Im a 69 year old man, and just cant cut my own toenails anymore. Mina, the owner, was all business at first, but she really warmed up. Anyway, she did an amazing job. She is very thorough & friendly. Mina took no shortcuts and made me feel very welcome as the work progressed. I plan to visit every 2 months as long as I can!

Chelsea Healy I have had nothing but the best experience at Healthy nails and Spa. Always very accommodating and understanding. Also, very friendly and a clean environment! I always love my nails done and I travel the extra distance for exceptional work because it’s definitely worth it! Highly recommend and you won’t regret it!

Jamie Amery Today was my first time at Noble, and they deserve 5 starts and great review.most of my gel tips I had done at an alternate location had all almost fallen off, (it’s been 10 days since application) and when they staff saw them they were very dissatisfied with the appearance. Charlie took great care of me! He did a fantastic job, was extremely gentle and thorough. He removed the leftovers with great care, was patient with me, always asked if I like the shape and style and even applied a perfect amount of gel so my. Ails weren’t bulky and thick. The polish application was precise and done with care. He even told me he liked the shade! I also got a mini warm towel neck massage. I would definitely call and make an apt, they don’t rush and like to do a nice job. I got a $5 credit for paying with cash. It was a great experience and I can’t wait to have my nails filled there again.

Emily Livshin I absolutely love noble. I go about every 2-3 weeks, and they are all incredible. They make sure with their client, before continuing, if they like something. Very friendly, and creative.

Victoria Cruz I went for a pedicure and gel manicure. Two clients were getting a pedicure already. I was done before them. He rushed my service. Then he told me to match my toe nail polish to my gel polish without assisting me to get the best match. The girl who waxed my eyebrow took one half off. Which the owner gave me that service free. So now I have to pencil and draw in my eyebrow until it grows back. First and last time going to this nail spa.

Lilly La My sister and I were taken in last minute and we even stayed past closing time. I felt terrible but our techs (I had Andy) did not rush or anything. He took his time and did an amazing job on my dip nails. Even though they were closed and the other workers were cleaning up, Andy still gave me a massage and lotioned up my hands! Even the person that cashed us out asked to look at our nails and had a whole conversation with us. It was a great experience.

Emma redid my nails after a bad experience from another nail salon. She took her time and was as careful as she could be. Very grateful for how much they care about their customers.

Felicia McCaffrey Overpriced!!!! Im from California and I think this place is expensive! That says something. There is an up charge for everything! The work is mediocre especially by the guy with tattoos. In fact, that guy is rough, impolite and just plain rude. He even laughs while doing your service. Excuse me $90 for a pedicure? I dont expect to be cut (cuts all over one of my big toes) and made to feel uncomfortable. This place doesnt deserve the business it gets! That being said, there is ALWAYS a wait! Always, even with an appointment. Id advise finding an alternative place to visit. Dont waste your time and money. Ive gone here three times to try and give them a chance and only one visit was up to standards. Not worth the trouble. I plan on finding a new place.

samantha nappi tech did a good job with the shape of my nails however the design and painting wasn’t done well, poor execution. along with it taking 30 minutes to add on a new nail with repetitive filing and glue all over and putting the hot drill on my bare nail over and over. absolutely destroyed my entire nail and i’m now bleeding. very disappointed, especially for $70. waste of money. the last picture was what they were supposed to look like.

Meghan Fountain My mom and I have been here a few times for pedicures. The facility is very clean, and they have many color selections to choose from. They are quick to get you in and mostly understand what you are looking to have done. Very quick and easy process, especially when getting gel as theres no dry time.

Ashley Hansen I have been here several times and have always had a great experience. The nail technicians take pride in giving you a great experience down to the smallest detail and it shows. It is always clean and sanitary. I have brought my children (ages 2 to 12) and they always treat them with respect and care. Cant reccomended them enough!

Peanutt Not only did she NOT remove my mothers old manicure before starting, but less than a week in they started chipping, and only a few days later they look completely awful. Looks aside, the fact that she didnt remove the old manicure first infuriates me.

She takes the time to make sure I understand everything about the services offered and imparts a calming, positive energy while keeping me completely engaged throughout the appointment. I truly feel like she is my friend and I trust her implicitly. The prices for service are reasonable and competitive so Im happy to recommend SOS!

Karol McCarthy Zakia is the only person I trust to wax me. I’ve been going to her for a few years & it’s always a great and comfortable experience. She’s very professional & knowledgeable. Also quick & efficient! Phi has been doing my nails since 2017 & she’s the best, I absolutely love her! I show/tell her what I want & I’m never disappointed with the outcome! I always get compliments on my nails!

Danielle Bishop I have been going to Zakia for over a year, and she is by far my favorite waxer in Syracuse. From the minute you walk through the door, during the appointment, and after checkout, she makes you feel extremely comfortable and safe. The atmosphere of her shop is very peaceful, calming, and empowering. Zakia is very knowledgeable about her practice and gets all those hard to reach spots that other waxers sometimes miss! 10/10 recommend.

Shanijah Ware The ABSOLUTE BEST!!! First time I ever got waxed I felt like I had been scared for nothing. Followed all of her directions and it was painless. That says a lot for a wax and I wasnt in pain after. My results have lasted for weeks each time Ive been. Book with Phi you wont be disappointed.

Gianna Mallaro Phi is very personable and made me feel very comfortable throughout my services. I’ve been going to her for about 2 years now and have kept with her from 3 different locations because I refuse to go to anyone else! Very accommodating with appointments as well.

Casey Jones Found my new nail salon! I moved to the area a couple of years ago and have finally found the best place in Liverpool. Great prices also! Jen was super friendly, as well as the other staff. She did an IMMACULATE job! The attention to detail was insane. The staff also helped me pick out the perfect red to show off my engagement ring for the holidays and didn’t make me feel like I was a burden at all, they were more than happy to help. 10/10!!
