1 /5 Cat Mama: I was a patient at this office for over 2 years. All was fine until I started experiencing heavy bleeding between periods without reason. I spoke to 2 different nurses who were incredibly rude and dismissive. The first nurse told me the bleeding "was annoying but fine" and scheduled me for an appointment 2 months away. After a month of bleeding nonstop the second nurse told me Id just have to wait for my appointment. My provider didnt do a comprehensive work-up to see what the issue could be but changed my birth control pill. Three months later, it will wasnt stopping on the new pill. Her explanation was that I was "hormonal" and changed my birth control pill an additional 3 times within one year.

5 /5 Chloe Durant: I rarely feel the need to post reviews, but I had the most pleasant experience today. All of the staff was so friendly and helpful, ensuring some records made it over in time for my appointment. The assistant was pleasant and kind. I had Rebecca Parad as my doctor. She was one of the nicest, most gentle obgyn’s I’ve ever been to that took time and made me feel like a human (which I have found to be rare in that field) highly recommend

1 /5 Meghan Guimond: Worst prenatal appointment I’ve ever had. Not my first baby. I switched to a different office immediately after waiting 4 weeks to be seen, they move my appointment without talking to me an hour and 15min before. I live an hour away, I was already heading there, after checking in online they say my appt is at 1pm. No explanation. Ruined my whole day. Had to go back 2.5 hours later just to wait in the waiting room longer because they “didn’t have a doctor to see me” Dr. Jessica Veltkamp finally gets into the room and is sighing the whole time rushing me out of the appointment. My blood pressure was so high, the nurse had to come get me to re-take after Dr. Veltcamp ran out of the room and told me they will see me in 3-4 weeks. I didn’t get to ask any questions. I asked for water for about 15 min from 3 different people before the nurse finally got me some as I felt like I was going to pass out. The whole office rushed me, made me feel uncomfortable, were rude and acted like I was pest and they had more important things to do than see me for prenatal care. Never again.
