5 /5 Katya Gorkavchuk: Oneida Service Center is hands-down one of the best places I’ve taken my car. The staff is honest, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to explain what’s going on without trying to upsell unnecessary work. They got the job done quickly and at a fair price, and my car’s been running perfectly since. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust — but this is definitely one of them. Highly recommend to anyone in the area!

5 /5 kerry madison: I had to take my car in for an emergency repair. I called and Jeff told me to bring it in. I didn’t expect to have it repaired for a few days since I didn’t have an appointment. But because of the amazing mechanics there, I received a call later that morning that the part could be ordered and most likely repaired that day. This kind of service just doesn’t happen these days. I wouldn’t take my vehicles any place else. I can’t offer enough praise for how awesome they are!!

1 /5 Kaden Miller: Horrible place to go to get your vehicle done at. They over charge you on parts and when they install parts the put in parts that were broken and never bothered to fix them after I asked over 5 times if they would. I got nothing but attitude from Jeff at the front counter when I mentioned that there was stuff wrong with my vehicle. 1/10 do NOT recommend going to Oneida service center

5 /5 Laura Fawley: John has an AWESOME business! They were able to get me in within a day of my call and Jeff kept me updated with everything going on throughout the day. They were done with my vehicle when it was promised and couldnt have been nicer or more professional! I loved the fact that they use phone or text as a way of communicating as I was in a place I could not call but was able to text Jeff back and forth. The estimate he sent was a thorough evaluation of my vehicle and specific with what was an immediate need and what could wait. DEFINITELY FIVE STARS!! I will use for all 3 family vehicles from now on.
