Went there for my procedure and because the doctor didnt have access to the medication at the time of the appt, the doctor and staff said I needed to reschedule my appt and wouldnt allow me to wait until they were able to get access to the medication. Instead his nurse and doctor, made it seem like I was an inconvenience and there was no way they could fit me into his packed scheduled. Meanwhile, I had confirmed this appt a week prior. Now, I am waiting a month later for this procedure and it is time sensitive when I am supposed to be administered this medication.
