Sabrina Byrne Dr Guerrera and ER pulmonologist was the rudest doctor. My mother went in with fluid on her lung stage 3 ovarian cancer. She didn’t want to drain it and literally said “your mom is very sick she’s going to die anyway”. After speaking to her oncologist she was ordered to drain the fluid. After that she was rude to us the entire time. She was supposed to follow up with CVS for a prescription she did not. While my mom was there she was supposed to have her second iron infusion that was supposed to a push IV and done in 5 minutes. She cancelled all the oncologist orders and put my mom on a drip for an hour so when we went to infusion center everything was screwed up in the system and instead of being there for 10 minutes it took over an hour for the nurses to correct the orders. Beyond rude. Next she had a port put in and was just semi under and all of the tech and doctor were in there talking about their night about before and gossiping. My mom started to have a panic attack with her mask and they were ignoring her. Finally they saw her and removed mask and she told them how unprofessional they were and when she was finish a nurse came over and went over the top nice because they knew what happened in the OR. Talk about completely unprofessional

Steve Savo Could give zero stars if I could. This is by far, the worst.....and I mean the WORST hospital Ive ever had the misfortune of being in with my mother and father as patients. It is unbelievable how this place still operates, given their piss poor track record and horrific reviews. Both my parents arrived at this hospital because it was the closest to us, and received the worst treatment one could receive. Both my parents were left in pain and ignored in the ER. Multiple times. Staff is clueless and dont do their job. Do yourself and your family the best favor for their health, drive them to NYP in Peekskill. If you prefer to go further, there is Northern Westchester in Mt Kisco and of course Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla. I know its not ideal, but ANY other facility is better than this one, especially if you or your family want competent medical care. Northwell Health ended up buying Nuvance which operates this Hospital, so I hope it improves drastically for my familys sake. Until then, STAY AWAY.

Valerie Morris If I could ZERO stars I would. The PCP I saw was rude and dismissive and the office had me scheduled (they were understaffed and said they were going to call but NEVER did) and then took 4 other patients in before me when all I needed was repeat bloodwork That would have taken 3 minutes. And the front staff seemed to have no clue as to what was going on. I had to walkout after waiting 35 MF minutes for them to basically say that it’s not their fault. HORRIBLE! Don’t go

D Dr Choudhury is a wonderful doctor with a fabulous bedside manner. The nurses are awesome also. My issue is with calling for an appointment. The call goes to some central receptionist. She will never give you an appointment that day. Urgent care it is when not well, unfortunately.

D R Outstanding! The two security guys made me smile as I walked in to an empty waiting room. I was taken into my own private room 5 min later. When a nurse promptly came in to go over my reason for the visit. 5 to 10 min later, a doctor came in and let me explain everything. He ordered thorough testing, blood work, catscan and gave me an estimate of how long it would take to get the results. The radiology department staff were so friendly! They explained everything and got me a warm blanket. The bloodwork and IV were seamless! I dont even have a mark on my arm today. Putnam will def be our go to ER in the future.

Jessica Moreno Bad service, bad attitude. The doctor on call Seemed annoyed by us being there. And the fact that my daughter is a minor. Apparently they don’t treat children here.

Ateek If negative stars were available this group would get them all. I was a patient here and my doc had an emergency and is on leave. They called to cancel my appointment and when no one called to reschedule I called and asked what is happening? Doc out till at least October. So I asked for a different Endo doc and they have none and dont refer. Way to take care of your patients. I was really shocked that they had no care or concern for patients. No plan in place for emergencies. Stay away. I loved my doc here, but front office and senior management needs some serious work.

Kaitlin Had a pretty strange experience with one of the schedulers at this location. I received a message from this office that I needed to reschedule an appointment with a call back number. The woman who answered told me she could not reschedule my appointment and abruptly hung up on me before I could say anything. The doctors and PA here were fine but this isnt the first time the front desk has been weirdly hostile.

Josh Reyes I am extremely disappointed with the deteriorating quality of care at this hospital over the past few years. During my visit to the ER following a car accident, I was dismayed that I was not examined thoroughly. The doctor questioned me in a public hallway in front of other patients, rather than in a private room. This lack of privacy and proper examination was unsettling. More recently, when my wife sought help for severe stomach pain and other intestinal issues, we encountered further problems. After a long wait, she was placed in a room with dirty sheets that were clearly not cleaned after the previous use. It was only after I pointed this out that the staff apologized and took corrective action. Regrettably, I fear that the standard of care will continue to decline. If possible, I strongly advise seeking medical attention elsewhere.

Cristina Prodan Absolutely a disgrace My father was there on Saturday 10/21/23 in excruciating pain,after back surgery a week ago.The desk girl who was a Latino person..took a Latino patient who came in after my father 1 hr +. In front of my father.Let my father for hrs without assistance .Then send him home.We intend to put a stop to hes insurance to pay.,.Health care in U SA is denied to American citizens..I intend to file an huge complaint with New York state.This is what I call abuse , neglect, negligence. Ana V I find it terribly infuriating to have medical facilities impose name changes on patients after mergers or buy outs. I’ve been with CareMount since it was MtKiscoMedialGroup (MKMG) then CareMount. Now it’s optum! These business transactions are a reminder of the business model that should not exist within healthcare. What a disgrace. Keep patients out if your business decisions & quit changing office names! Optum is awful! Not just the name- since taking over, the quality has been awful-longer waits on the phone, poor customer service. Hopefully universal healthcare arrives in the US and merged and acquired practices are dissolved.

Me Me So i’m about to go to my radiology appt at 9:30am, and they call me at 8:52am telling me that the technologist didn’t show up and they need to reschedule my appt. Mind u i took a day off from work. So u mean to tell me u don’t have a backup? I have no words. Caremount is just sinking further and further. Every time i have an appt there is always some kind of issue. Either the nurse doesn’t send correct scripts or the internal medicine doctor is not educated enough on certain diseases, has no clue. Does not refer u to specialists either so u might as well slowly die. Terrible. Done with Caremount. Do yourself a favor and go to Northwell.

Jessie T Horrible doctor. Went there for my procedure and because the doctor didnt have access to the medication at the time of the appt, the doctor and staff said I needed to reschedule my appt and wouldnt allow me to wait until they were able to get access to the medication. Instead his nurse and doctor, made it seem like I was an inconvenience and there was no way they could fit me into his packed scheduled. Meanwhile, I had confirmed this appt a week prior. Now, I am waiting a month later for this procedure and it is time sensitive when I am supposed to be administered this medication.
