1 /5 Smitha Daniel: Have you ever felt as if you don’t belong because you are not American. Today I went to get a gel filling for my nails and Jessica was the person ( manager) who was taking care of me.Not only was she rude and did not appreciate my business because I was not American and her regular customer. You can definitely see the racial differences she has among her American customers compared to those of other races. Absolutely, rude and unacceptable behavior for a manager or any individual to behave this way to her customers. Racial discrimination should not be happening anywhere under any circumstance.RUDE!

1 /5 Sara: We made an appointment for 2:30. Three mani-pedi and one manicure. We werent taken until 3:00 and the last Mani-pedi at 3:45. They took walk ins before us because they were "regular costumers." The lady who did me, the MANAGER, was so impatient and not gentle at all. The acrylic tips I got were so thick, and when I asked her to make it thinner, she said thats how thick it is and she cant change it. She dug so deep by the cuticles, I flinched, and she tells me Im ruining it because I moved. Maybe if she was more careful!

1 /5 Julia Riordan: My nails came out horrible and my pedicure lasted maybe 5 minutes. Not relaxing. When I told the woman at the front desk how much she can add for a tip on my card she started arguing with me that I just tip 20% even after explaining a wasn’t happy with them. Finally I told her at this point I won’t be tipping at all I repeated 4 times to charge my card the 80 dollars and to give me my receipt so I can leave. She kept insisting I must tip 20% and handed me the receipt. I took the receipt (thinking it’s my copy) and put it in my bag. Before you know it the woman at the front desk tried grabbing my purse from my and shoved her hand in my bag repeating I need to sign it. I told her that was no problem and all she had to do was ask and to never grab someone’s purse or dig your hands in someone’s purse for that matter. I should have called the police. I’ve never felt more disrespected in my life. I typically tip no less than 25% but I am certainly not going to tip 20% when they come out not nice and I’m not gonna allow someone to tell me how much I need to tip.
