Her attention to detail is unmatched—she took her time to ensure my nails looked flawless, and the end result was perfection! Not only is she skilled and meticulous, but she’s also warm and friendly, making the entire experience so relaxing and enjoyable. My nails have never looked better, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. If youre looking for top-notch service and beautiful nails, Lucy is the best! Highly recommend!

1 /5 Karina Resnik: I cant believe its even legal to hurt somebody like this "gel fill in" made by Julie. Just imagine how I wash or sanitize my hands, just in tears every time... Im regret not only for giving her tip but that I paid for it, because its second day of torture!

5 /5 Daisy Tlaczani: I’ve come to this salon twice for regular pedicures and I feel like they’ve done an excellent job both times i’ve come. Both times, I walked in without appointments and I was lucky enough to get accommodated. I’ve been provided service by Tina and Nina. I liked how gently they worked on me and how they provided a small massage after my service while my pedicure dried. The salon is large and clean, it’s pricey for a pedicure but it’s worth getting the good service. I will be coming back ☺️

1 /5 Donna Bedasee: I visited Paint Nails and Spa for a manicure and pedicure but was disappointed with the overall experience. I opted for the Brown Sugar Spa pedicure, expecting a relaxing and thorough service. However, the experience felt rushed from the start. The manager started with me and appeared hurried, which was reflected in the service—there was barely any hot water during the soak, my heel was filed for no more than 30 seconds, and the entire process felt incomplete. Even the paraffin treatment was wrapped up too quickly to be effective. Due to this rushed service, I ultimately decided to forgo my manicure and am now heading to another salon to have it completed. That said, Kiki was the one bright spot of my visit. She took the time to ensure I was happy with my nail color, despite my having chosen it myself, which I greatly appreciated. Additionally, she was attentive to the timing of my massage, showing me the clock to confirm I received the full 10 minutes. Her attention to detail and customer care were the only redeeming aspects of my appointment.

1 /5 Sara S3sha: I would give this salon 0 stars if I could. The staff constantly bullies clients to upgrade services or add on more services. I had a mani and pedi done, was rushed and done so poorly. I left the salon with toenails that were clipped BENT, the polish was streaky and see through on some of my nails because some were painted with 2 coats and some had 3 coats of polish. The manicure lasted me all of 3 hours until they all chipped. I should have known it was going to be a bad experience because another girl was complaining about her manicure as well. AND TO TOP IT OFF, they insist that you give a tip. There are signs in the salon saying “tip is mandatory in cash”. I always thought tips were at the consumers discretion for when you’re happy with a service. Here I am paying for poor service and tipping the staff for providing me with poor service too. They also refuse to take AMEX (wonder why?)
