1 /5 Shannon King: This office should not still be open. I use the word "open" loosely as they usually have maybe one provider working. This has been going on for years! If your child is a patient here plan on going to urgent care for everything. So incredibly sad what a poorly run dysfunctional disaster this place became after Dr. Zarzrcki left. Doctors do not want to invest their time here. Theres a big new building thats in construction on West Rd. to sit empty. Such a waste.

1 /5 Brian Strough: Very concerned parent because of this mess of a doctors office. Had a plan in place for my newborn son with his pediatrician and after a simple weight check and gaining half of a pound an unknown doctor walks in doesn’t introduce herself and checks my sons body and blood pressure. Proceeded to report to CPS failure to thrive even though he gained weight and her recommendations were proven irresponsible by other medical staff. Extremely disappointed in the lack of organization amongst the staff as well. He has since been switched to a reliable and caring physician where this is not constant attitude from office staff and medical personnel.

4 /5 Bryn Carr: Doctors leave frequently so hard to have a consistent provider. But for my 3 healthy low-maintenance kids it is a good option for physicals, paperwork etc. they are accommodating about appointments and the providers are friendly and helpful.

1 /5 B. D (JuicyLove93): Only gotten worse, stopped using them 3yrs ago cause the doctor would leave and come back in and forget who I was in that short time. Decided to try again now that hes gone and nothing has changed. Appointment reminders have the wrong times according to the desk, scripts arent being processed to the pharmacy, place is a joke!

1 /5 David Porter: Took our 13 month for her Flu vaccine. She got sick the day before so we figured she would not receive the shot but we would still take her to get looked at. Our appointment was at 9am and there were very few cars in the parking lot and nobody in the waiting room. We were told the doctor was too busy to look at her. We asked if he could come look anyway. They brought back at nurse who told us our daughter looks fine, even though she had a nasty cough and a fever, and she could still receive the flu shot. We obviously declined and as we left we saw the doctor having casual conversation. No reason he couldn’t have taken 5 minutes to look at her. That night my daughter spiked a 104.2 fever. We got her looked at by someone else who said she is obviously sick and in need of antibiotics. After 2 doses of antibiotics my daughter was already looking much better. Take your child to Family Health Network in Cortland if you want your kids to die.
