They were attentive and caring and made sure we knew everything that was going on. They made sure we understood all the after care and were all such great and nice people. The office is bright, clean, and designed with kids in mind, which immediately put my child at ease. The train was an added bonus, my children absolutely adored watching it circle the office. The dentist was incredibly patient, gentle, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made my child feel comfortable and relaxed. The hygienists were equally wonderful and made the entire visit smooth and stress-free. I’m so grateful to have found such a caring and professional pediatric dental team. Inder Aulakh We had an amazing experience at Watertown Pediatric Dentistry! It was my daughter’s very first dental visit and the staff made it so fun and easy for her. Both of my kids (5 and 2 years old) felt so comfortable and excited to be there. The office is super clean, beautifully set up for kids, and the train track running through the ceiling was such a fun touch! Highly recommend for any parent looking for a gentle and welcoming dental office!

Chausette Rutherford I was absolutely impressed by how clean and welcoming this pediatric dental office is. Parking was easy and it is on the second floor. The moment you walk in you are greeted politely and the front desk staff check you in right away. The waiting area has not only a gaming room for kids it also has a playhouse for the little ones to enjoy. Once they call you back in to their clinical area all the exam rooms doors are open giving it a spacious feel. The exam room we waited in before seeing the dentist we spoke with the assistant. The assistant was very informative and professional. While I waited to see the pediatric dentist I was amazed how new and clean all the medical equipment was I include a photo as an example . Once we met the dentist she was very kind and informative. After our first consultation I am looking forward to bringing my little one again next year.

Michael. Danielle Neary We always have great experiences when we come in for appointments but today was absolutely wonderful. My 7 week old needed a lip tie fixed and they cared for both of our needs so well. You can tell that all the staff really enjoys their job and goes over and beyond to make it a great experience for the kids and their parents. Dr. Laura and Justine were so sweet to my baby!! They have the most beautiful nursery room for nursing moms after the procedure was finished. They definitely thought of all the details and their kindness doesn’t go unnoticed. Sarina Syrin This was THE BEST dental place I have ever gone too. I just had all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted this morning at 7:30am and have minimal pain and swelling. Everyone did such a wonderful job at reassuring me and making sure I was okay. I honestly wish they could be my normal dentists too they do amazing work. I highly recommend them and Dr. Attisha. Only oral surgeon I’ve ever gone to who KNOWS HIS SHIT!

Susan Richardson Dr Attisha is superb as an oral surgeon. I never feel anxious in his care! Everyone from the front desk, to the dental assistant, to the nurse are also very kind and understanding. I have personally been seen here for a dental implant and had the extraction and post done and am very pleased. He also helped remove a few teeth for my pleasantly confused elderly father and it was very smooth and everyone was so accommodating! Highly recommend this office!

Adrian Doerfer I broke a tooth and I made an emergency appointment online on 7 April 2025 because they are pretty much the only dentist office that offers emergency dental services in our area. I made the appointment for 8 April 2025. I got a call to confirm the appointment the day before and the person on the phone was going over everything as if I scheduled a new client appointment. I informed them that I made an emergency appointment and why I needed it. I was told theyd see what they could do when I came in. I showed up for my appointment 1pm and it was a complete mess from the start. I sat 20 mins beyond my appointment to get called back for x-rays. The assistant told me all that was going to happen and it was all new patient steps (exam, hygiene consult, etc.). I told them, I made an emergency appointment. I sat in the chair waiting for the dentist for about 15 mins. At this point, its 1:45pm and my appointment 1pm! I talk to the dentist and tell her why I was there and that I made an emergency appointment and I already had an exam and cleaning a few months prior. She acknowledged and said she wasnt sure if she could do the repair at that time, but she would see what she could do with the Office Manager. The dentist looks at my tooth and confirms it needs to be fixed. She left and the hygienist came, it is almost 2pm at this time...an hour after my appointment time. She finishes telling me all about hygiene and such and then says Im done and can go wait for the Office Manager in the reception area. Around 2:20pm, the Office Manager calls me back and goes to start explaining my treatment plan and says that Ill need to make an appointment to get my tooth fixed. She offers an appointment later in the afternoon, but I told her, like I told the dentist, that I had to take my son to an appointment in the afternoon. I also informed her that I made an emergency appointment online, like the website offers, and the amount of time I spent just waiting to be seen and for things to be explained to me that I recently had done, the dentist could have fixed my tooth. She says that emergency appointments are only offered on a walk-in basis. I let her know that is not what is advertised on their website. So, I do not have have my tooth fixed and I wasted over 2 hours of my life in that place. Aspen Dental is definitely about how many people they can see and not actually trying to take care of their patients needs. It gives me the feeling of a way to run up charges on peoples dental insurance plans. I just wanted my tooth fixed so that it stops hurting.

If I could use one word for this office it would be accommodating. Every snag I ran into they worked to fix until everything was done. Julie Morris My son just had his top braces put on there. I was impressed with them. It was very smooth and quick but not rushed. The whole place works like a well oiled machine and everything flows with almost zero wait time with perfect efficiency. The receptionists were so kind and again, very smooth and efficient. They answered all of my questions and listened to everything we needed to say. The guy that put them on had braces as well so be was able to give my son advice based on his personal experience as well as a medical one. So far we are very happy with our experience here.

Shelby Harbison Please do not go here. *screamed at patient *does not explain procedure *not tolerant to concerns/doesnt listen I will start by saying I absolutely loved my dental hygienist and she always made me feel comfortable and listened to me. I cannot say the same about the dentist. I went here for a routine cleaning had a cavity and then had it filled. I experienced sensitivity immediately afterwards and was told it was normal. At my next cleaning 6 months later I expressed that I still had sensitivity and its getting worse. The dentists response was I can put a crown on it but the tooth is fine? Now to recently a few months later. It started to get so sensitive I cannot eat on that side on my mouth or drink anything thats not normal temperature. So I called because I wanted to verify everything was done correctly and to figure out why im in so much pain specifically and only in that spot. The dentist came in and said it cannot be the filling then proceeds to floss my teeth the hardest ive ever experienced in my life so they are gushing blood. Then tells me its painful because I need to floss more. And then proceeds to smack each of my teeth with a blunt metal tool with zero explanation as to why. When I stopped him he legitimately screamed at me told me “to put my hands down and sit back and said do you want me to do my job or continue wasting my time?” I obviously start crying due to pain and utter shock I was just screamed at by a medical professional. He then sits back says you need to floss more and use the mouth wash and toothpaste im already using and sent me on my way leaving in more pain that I showed up with. I never expected to be screamed at in this appointment or be talked down to like i did something wrong? Ive had great teeth my entire life and the most work done is the filling so I was concerned and wanted reassurance and a solution to the never ending pain. Instead I left in tears confused that that actually just happened? As a medical professional you should be ashamed to ever treat anyone this way. You took an path to help people. The way you treat people MATTERS. Also worth noting the front staff were not surprised I left crying.

Scott Hajdasz Months ago I had xrays done. The dentist not only didnt look in my mouth, but didnt even come in the room yet, when the woman who took the xrays said the dentist wanted to pull my back tooth or root canal and crown it. I needed to know things like when and where. They said they do not do root canals. When I insisted on talking to the dentist, he came in, tapped on a couple teeth, then seemed to get frustrated saying something along the lines of "there you go asking questions again, ask her" and walked out. I went to another dentist who gave me a full checkup. He stated there was no reason to pull or crown any teeth. He filled a tooth on the other side of my mouth. Its been months and everything is fine. I will never go to this place again. If I could give a zero rating I would.

Dave YT Dude tried to pull healthy teeth because I had a gum issue resulting from a split molar which he didn’t identify. Then insulted my insurance and me in front of staff. He needs to do better. I walked right out of his office, thank goodness, and it saved me a few teeth that he wanted to yank without hardly a look. Just bad bedside manner, rude, and unprofessional. Rude and clearly not interested in clients, only their money. Went elsewhere, insurance was good and got a simple procedure done. Would not recommend this guy. He doesn’t care.

Autumn Weston This office is amazing! I was able to get in for an appointment and received same day service! The front desk staff were so nice and friendly! The dentist and hygienist were amazing! I have horrible anxiety and they made me feel so comfortable. They were upfront about what needed to be done right off the bat and left me with no unanswered questions. They even set me up with a referral and the documents I’d need to take on to the next provider! I highly recommend having services here!

Barb Dr Virga is very unprofessional. The office manager and receptionists are rude. This clinic advertises that they do extractions and root canals but they do NOT, they will send you to another clinic. They do not tell you when you overpaid and have a refund on your account. They tell you to pay out of pocket when the insurance already paid. All they want is your money. I do not recommend this office.

Paedyn Johnson Very disappointed. Started really like the place but that changed. One week before my cleaning they called and told me their hygienist is no longer there and that they will call me when they get a new one to reschedule. MONTHS later still nothing. I called to follow up and they told me they are sitting waiting. However I know three people that have just within the week scheduled cleanings that were seen after my last cleaning. I guess I was forgotten or skipped. I don’t plan on following up again to find out what is going on. I’m just done and disappointed at this point.

carly basinger While the staff are nice and seem knowledgeable enough, communicating with this office is awful. Zero for customer service. Their receptionist lives on other side of planet, and while it’s definitely no fault of hers, it means that any time you need ANY information about your appointments, results etc you have to deal with literal WEEKS of delay to get your OWN health information passed to you. When you advocate for yourself they are dismissive and rude. Also my teeth were fine before a cleaning and then the dentist decided to redo 4 fillings. Now I need 1 or 2 root canals and they don’t seem to really care at all that they leave their patients in pain for weeks waiting to get documentation, referrals etc. Avoid this place and save yourself the headache

He was so informative, compassionate, understanding, didn’t make her feel any less. He took so much extra time and effort into fixing her teeth and we cld not be happier with the results. He left her with a smile that lights up her soul, which in turn makes me forever grateful. Thank you again Jefferson Dental. Miranda Heath I had a pretty decent experience MOSTLY while being seen here. Until it wasnt decent. Were a military family so we had to move away right when my son would have needed his 12m checkup. I called and asked about getting his records to take with us just to be told that i couldnt get his records & that Id need to sign a records release form. Which is understandable so I did just that. The receptionist over the phone was extremely rude (theres always one there that is very transactional & rude. Idk how she has a job in customer service, much less health care reception but I digress). But when my husband went up there to try to get the full medical records himself? There wasnt a single problem with him getting them. **The pediatricians were great!** The rest of the practice isnt the greatest, in my opinion. I RARELY EVER leave reviews. I think thats saying a little something.

Chris Ebey Gentle, kind, knowledgeable. My son has a genetic disorder and they have been on top of his specialty care. They clearly really love the kids they work with and are skilled, organized professionals. Office staff are kind, polite, and prompt. Wonderful. Im very grateful my son has Pediatric Associates on his team.

We have seen a few different providers here, and every single one, including all of the nurses have such amazing energy, and you can tell that they actually care about their patients and love their job. I feel so safe knowing that my daughters health is in such good hands.

M Angela (TheBestNightmare) Dr. McCue was very friendly at first and made me feel comfortable before and after Id had an extensive procedure. That didnt last long. Because I was very ill the night before a follow-up and left a message to let them know I couldnt be in the following day, I was advised that I didnt give 24 hours notice and no longer would be a patient. The receptionist advised me that I had signed a paper saying such. No...and I was right..I did NOT. The woman had me in tears. At my last appointment I was told that the individual who made the oral accessories was retiring, so I would have to go elsewhere for new fitting. No appointments available until January of this year (which was to be months from then). No referral (I asked for one), no root canal that I needed- and I have not gone back. Its so much about the money and no longer about the care of patients. In my opinion. EDIT: Due to my HONEST review, I received the following letter stating that Id broken confidentiality (untrue, by law) and no longer a patient. Whats that saying? You cant fire me. I quit! Anyway, be careful. Free speech is frowned upon.

Jennifer Decker We had such a great visit today! I called yesterday to see if my son could be seen sooner as his appointment was scheduled out a bit and I didn’t want his cavities getting any worse. We have Fidelis insurance. The kind receptionist found an opening for today and got us right in. We had to wait about 20 minutes which was no big deal! The dental assistant was very kind and chatty once I initiated pleasant conversation, and the sweet dogs roaming around were so fun to pet. Dr McCue was very professional and gentle. He narrated everything as he was going along filling two cavities as to put my 17 yr old son and I both at ease. He was flexible when I requested my son have a panorex done, and he took extra time after the appointment to fill out the clearance paperwork we needed today. As usual, another great visit to McCue Dental!

Catherine Bryant The dentist is very friendly and good with kids. I also love their dogs in the office, HOWEVER, the front staff are rude and unprofessional. They make you feel like a huge burden when you call for anything. It also takes them a long time to get any kind of referral together. Probably wont be going back unless they replace the front desk staff. **Edit** A few weeks after this review I received a letter informing me that they will no longer be seeing my children at their office due to a "breach in doctor/patient relationship". So theyre also petty. I would not recommend this office to a flea.

April Rios When I called for an appt I was booked immediately. The staff are professional and very kind. Currently waiting for wax try in and so far the denture process has been very pleasant. My adult son now goes here too. I’m very pleased.

Kimber Law Had all of my teeth removed. The nurse stayed above my head the whole time rubbing my head telling me we were almost done and made me feel great. I have had virtually NO pain. Good experience, definitely recommend.

Alexus V Pediatric Wellness of Northern New York is absolutely amazing! I’m dumbfounded by their hospitality and care. I’ve always loved Dr.Hogan, but today, taking BOTH my kids into the dr was something I was dreading. (one being a wild, ADHD, bounce of the walls kiddo, and the other, is my usually overstimulated, eloping, autistic kiddo). Taking kids to the dr can be stressful. Especially at the same time. They got us in quick, and put us in this amazing sensory-friendly room with a padded mat, nice quiet atmosphere, little couch (that’s wipeable), foam cubes and shapes to stack and climb on and a projector light with the overhead lights off so it’s not so bright, and so much more calm for them. By far the best experience I have ever had at a doctors office with kids. So much stress lifted off my shoulders. From the kind front desk secretaries, to the nurses, to the doctors, they’re all so kind and compassionate. If you’re looking for a place to take your kids i highly recommend.
