1 /5 Kaytlyn McGrath: Its frustrating that I even have to write this, and honestly, this is my first time taking the time to leave a negative review. I’ve been getting my nails done here for a year, and up until now, I’ve always had a positive experience. However, my regular technician, Eddie, has not been available for the last two visits, so I decided to try someone new.
During my first experience with a different technician, my nails turned out very thick. While it wasn’t ideal, I let it slide, as he wasn’t my usual technician. This most recent visit, however, was an extremely unpleasant experience. The technician made my nail beds extremely sore, and despite my repeated requests that he stop because it was painful, he continued to hurt me. My nail beds even started bleeding, which he tried to cover up by wiping it and applying green cleaner, an attempt that struck me as both unprofessional and concerning.
To make matters worse, a few of my nails ended up crooked and messy, which I find unacceptable. I will not be returning unless Eddie is available. As someone who also owns a business, I believe its essential to ensure that all staff members are properly trained and held to a high standard. There is simply no reason I should have paid the amount I did for such a poor experience and unsatisfactory results.
I hope my next visit will be a more pleasant experience.
