4 /5 Shana Grieve: Keo(hope i spelled that correctly) was amazing. He listened even though I misheard him, he made sure that we were on the same page as we went. He didnt seem to mind Im on the quiet side, and he did an excellent job. Very happy with my spur of the moment decision today!
