3 /5 Danaya Amalia: The dentist and hygienist are great, but the receptionist, Karen, is the issue. After playing phone tag to confirm or reschedule my appointment, I left a voicemail stating that if rescheduling dates were too far out, Iād keep my appointment. Karen later left a message saying the next available dates were in December and to call back with my decision. When I did, she claimed I no longer had an appointment- that I canceled it, when I didnāt, and refused to reinstate it. Even when I mentioned I had her voicemail as proof, she dismissed it, saying, āWell, I donāt save voicemails like you.ā Yet, this morning, another staff member called asking if I could still come ināproving Karenās handling was completely inaccurate and unprofessional. Originally I rated 1 stars, now Iāll give 3. Maybe 4 if Karen no longer works there or perhaps gets customer service training, because everyone else in the office is great.
