2 /5 Cassidy Vianese: We have a toddler and are always waiting around for a long time (which is awful for our little guy). We were here almost 2 hours for his last appointment. Dr. Beguin is great and very knowledgeable but most of the assistants and nurses have poor bedside manor and dont even smile. Just unimpressed with the whole situation

1 /5 Jim Hardman: Can never get beyond their switchboard to speak with a nurse. I’m a nurse … and was in a position where my spouse had a high fever, unknown origin. All weekend in ER. Blood cultures revealed a possible cause. Go back to CVPH immediately? Switchboard unresponsive. “We’ll pass along a messsge”. Hours later, no response. Looking for alternative provider.

1 /5 Kerri Parent: My grandchild had an appointment at 10am. They were put in a room at 10:30 and never saw anyone again until the assistant walked in at noon to say they were closing and the Dr wouldnt be able to see them. Are you kidding me? What a terrible doctor! And then when asked for a refund on the copay they already took, they say they dont know how to do that? What a terrible practice!

5 /5 Krysten Remy: They are absolutely amazing here! Always willing to get our daughter in immediately and willing to look into all my worries even if they end up being nothing! Not to mention how caring the nurses and lactation consultants are, answering every question as well as being available 24/7, Laura and Amanda are amazing, always answering questions or if they can’t, finding someone who can, as well as checking in and motivating me to continue breastfeeding! All three doctors we have seen are amazing as well! Seriously grateful for everyone there!!

4 /5 Celena Solorza: We followed Dr Heidi Moore here just to have her move out of state with no warning. We have seen all the doctors and the children adore Dr Melissa Meyer! She is wonderful! Down to earth, explains everything thoroughly, doesn’t rush you, listens to your concerns and questions, she talks with the kids and makes them comfortable, she never jabs the back of their throats with that dreaded cotton swab! Her ways take a little more time but she is 100% worth the wait! The biggest downfall is the dreaded call system where you leave a message and wait for call back and you pray you don’t get the rude dry secretary that’s been there for too long. Doctor Meyer is absolutely wonderful! And her nurses are great too!!
