5 /5 Don Bennett: Just got home from my 1st VA clinic visit ever. I think I picked the best one! This place is new, spotlessly clean, and staffed by some of the nicest people in healthcare. Professional, punctual, and kind. The doctor I saw was attentive, professional, and listened intently to my health problems. If youre a disabled vet and have had terrible care from the VA at other clinics or hospitals, do yourself a favor and make an appointment. You will NOT be disappointed! THIS. IS. WHAT. VA. CARE. SHOULD. BE!

5 /5 Danny Hill: I am very grateful for the clinic and more grateful for the staff. I have never had a complaint about this clinic. The staff work hard to treat everyone with respect and meet our medical needs. I have been a patient since they opened the first VA clinic here in Plattsburgh when they were at CVPH.

5 /5 c alkhoury: Absolutely amazing!! Im a visiting vet and they were able to see me within 3 hours. diagnosed with strep throat treated and out within 20 minutes. They dont have an on-site Pharmacy so you do have to get your own prescription somewhere else theres a pharmacy directly across the street they let me use the discount card very reasonably priced for it. I really appreciate it. great job,wonderful people and very courteous.

5 /5 Justin Bidelspach: By far the best VA facility I have been to, Dr. Delucas is very knowledgeable and his patient interaction is top notch. The clerical staff are very accommodating and even if they don’t know the answer to a question they know who to send you to to get the answers! Then there is a nursing staff, they are great people, and highly skilled!
