    Dot Donahue: No major complaints. I noticed the score was a lowly 2.7 and that doesnt seem fair. Ive been going here for about 15 years. If youre lucky enough to get Dr. Cabrera, youre set for life. She covers everything! The place is very clean. The air is pleasant. Staff is nice. MyChart is extremely useful. I can easily request appointments and medication refills, and even email a nurse with any random health question. Test results are available on the site within a few hours! One of the best features is they alert you when an earlier appt opens up, and you can accept it through the portal. It also has tons of your health records accessible, even from 15 years ago! Sure there are some downsides. But those issues would apply to any large doctors office, and they dont deter my 5ā­ rating.

    Shauna Connell: Today January 15, 2024, I went to CVPH @ 1:45pm for Abdominal pain in and around my belly button. They checked me in and I waited two hours before they brought me in the ER and took an ultrasound sound where I was told I needed blood work and a CT scan down. Then I waited an hour and a half to forty five minutes waiting for blood work. They ended up doing the blood work at 6:15 PM and then they told me they would be back out to get me once the results were in from my blood work, which then it was two hours later they still havenā€™t came to get me. I went up to the receptionist desk and asked when I was gonna get my CT scan, and she tells me I have no clue. We have to see how many patients there were before you, mind you Iā€™ve been there since 1:45 in severe pain! I waited from 6:30-8:00 waiting and waiting but nobody bothered to give me answers or get me in for my CT scan. The services were absolutely ridiculous and disappointing! I will never go back to this hospital! Alice Hyde Medical center in malone does so much better at their services than this place any day!

    Susie Ducatte: Wouldnt write any referrals that I needed. I cant get a Mammogram even though I have had cysts that needed watching and cancer in my Family. I havent seen a neurologist in 7 yr but they give me meds for epilepsy...I have a deviated septum that was supposed to be repaired 8 years ago..ihave a rotator cuff injury that needs physical therapy a bulging disk and now necrotizing pancreatitis which i was supposed to get a referral to tge Pancreatic Cyst Center Almost 2 yearsago now are they waitingforme to die?.DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE SERIOUS PROBLEMS, MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS ARE ON METHADONE SUBOXONE OR THE SUCH THESE PEOPLE ARE EXTREMELY PREJUDICE. I HAVE SEEN THIS FIRST HAND. I have been lied on misdiagnosed and almost thrown in the mental ward for threatening a lawsuit 2 years ago. If I didnt have an EMT in the car as a witness I would have been. To this day I am still having problems getting treated and feel as though leaving the area is my only way to acquireI swear that adequate treatment. I swear that all that I have written is the truth. It has happened to me or I have observed it

    Anthony Donovan: More than 3 weeks ago I submitted paperwork for new patient. I had to call back several times and never was able to speak to an actual doctor. The receptionist had ASKED me what was wrong, ( what happened to doctor/patient privilege laws?). They said my paperwork was somewhere in a folder on the doctors deck and that they couldnā€™t locate it, until I told them the issue then they suddenly found it. Still I had to call every 4-5 days to try to get an answer. This morning after more than 3 weeks I get a call from the girl that supposed to handle it and she left a message saying they were no longer accepting new patients and that they had staff leave. I think the receptionists pick and chose who they want. Must be a ā€œsmall town small mind thingā€. Either way they wasted 3+ weeks of my time when there could actually be something serious going on. Good thing I had a plan B going on just in case. I get seen on the 25th. Thanks for nothing Cs.

    Robert Brancato: Dr. Cassone and staff are incredibly receptive and provide info quickly. They actually answer the phone when I call unlike other offices. I cant recommend them highly enough. Would need 6 stars.

    Rhiannon Patterson: I was already extremely dissatisfied with Plattsburgh cardiology as I wore a heart monitor in the spring and could have no one tell me anything even after messaging on my chart and calling.i have had multiple people tell me they had to switch because of the lack of care. Iā€™m back in online school and need to know if I can be put back on my adhd medication and still have no answers on that. I was running late to an appointment that I called about and was okayed and because I sat in the line in the waiting room passed the 15 mins I wasnā€™t seen after waiting for 20 minutes to be told that. I then had an appointment at 1:30 that I was reminded to go to. I get there to be told that appointment is also canceled with no call and waiting twenty minutes after saying I would be seen. I lost a day of work and two trips of gas for no reason and still have no answers. The lack of care is sad.
