Christina Joy: I made dental appointments for my kids that were new patients and confirmed their appointments with a receptionist a few days before their appointment. When we showed up I was told that they cancelled the appointments and they had sent me a letter saying they did not want to take my kids on as new patients. The receptionist said it was due to a past bill (which had to be from 5 plus years ago because I just moved back to buffalo). I didn’t get the letter until the day after the appointment because they sent it out two days before our appointment. My issue is if there was a past bill why didn’t the billing department contact me to reconcile it before the appointment but instead they send a letter 2 days before the appointment and give no option to reconcile the bill?! I’m so disappointed by the lack of communication and professionalism.
Samantha Steward: Sheehan Dental has been absolutely incredible to me after some failed dental work at another practice. Dr. Nikki has always answered all of my questions, concerns and given me a lot of time to be comfortable with all the work I need redone/done. From their office staff to hygienists to Dr. Nikki and Dr. Julie, everyone has been consistently wonderful and I feel at ease for my long journey of work ahead. They are responsive, caring and I trust they always have my best interest in mind. I truly would recommend Sheehan Dental to anyone looking for a new dentist!

Doctor Udeshi & Hygienist Kay Mertens know their business and have provided all my dental care without trying to push me into unnecessary procedures, I totally trust their recommendations to be what I need & their work is top notch. We met Dr. Wilensky, We cannot say enough how great he was with our son and how personable he was with us. He made sure we knew every detail with his procedure and made us feel so comfortable and confident in his practice. My son came in with a lot of pain and left happy and no pain at all. We will definetly be returning.
