5 /5 jc monkey: i watched a dude fall off his skateboard while riding in between cars on the road. thankfully, no one was moving due to a redlight holding everyone back. the incident definitely hurt his ego. lol

4 /5 Lifelink DnB: -Big Review- Summary: Nice spot with plenty to see and do. Plenty of bars, shops, tattoo shops, game hobby shops, small clubs, NY quick eats, and a nice Park in the center. The farther from the center you go, the more sketchy it becomes. Weekend nights have a rowdy bunch that hang outside of the bars, but thats to be expected. Parents/Adults/Out-of-Towner: Get a babysitter for a date night. Not much for kids here other than the small park in the center, which is a short visit at best during the day. Place is mainly adult oriented with some places for young adults also. Pokemon GO players: Numerous Pokestops and Gyms throughout the area. Plenty of Pokemon spawn here and I find lures popped at the Pokestops consistently. If hitting the spot late at night, be sure to either bring something for self defense, and/or rove in a group for safety purposes. Ive not had an issue traveling alone yet, but Im a hard target.

Sci-Tech Museum - Watertown

Robert Graves: Took my boys (4 and 3) there. They spent three hours there. The exhibits arent super fancy, but they are engaging and entertaining for the kids. The place wasn crowded but it definitely did the job of entertaining the kids for the day. At admission of $10 total. Id say its a bargain for being right in town near Ft. Drum. Definitely going again.

Marble Street Park -

Herminio Hernandez-Buso: I love taking my dogs to this park. The place is usually not busy. It does have a covered picnic area and bbq grilling areas. It also has bathrooms but they are always locked. The grounds are well maintained and always mowed. I believe that local little leagues practice there. Overall, it is a small and enjoyable place to walk a couple of laps and/or walk your dog.

Brooklyn Museum - Brooklyn

Daniel Donnelly: Fascinating exhibits about art of all sorts. The special exhibition about gold qua art was very impressive. The emphasis on "social justice" art, less so, but everyone plays to the base. Gorgeous landscaping out front.

Andy Sram: Beautiful park, nicely done and maintained and offers great views of of NYC sky line. A lot of shops nearby, and there are lots of seating places to enjoy the outdoors. You get great views of the East River with the boats and a perfect glimpse of other touristy spots from across the river. Brooklyn Bridge never looked so beautiful! There are basketball courts, and they continue to bring a lot more fun to the park. Enjoy!

Hasanul Banna: Among all parks in NYC, it has each and every element of a great park. It’s missing nothing. Very organized, clean, and safe. Visually incredible, especially in summer and spring. The middle lake makes it a very welcoming place for many kinds of ducks and other birds. Also, the vibe is real; you’re going to find many running and cycling groups here. Additionally, the middle field is a great place to sit and hang out.

Brooklyn Botanic Garden -

Aung Myo Htut: I didnt even know this garden existed until my friend took me here. I dont know about the ticket price though as she has an annual subscription. It is a huge garden and we took about 2 hr to explore the whole garden. Trees are meticulously trimmed and planted and it is so beautiful. I visited the rose garden and it would be more beautiful when you visit during the cherry blossom time. I also like the Japanese garden area. If I live in NYC or had much more time, I want to spend the whole day in here reading a book. It is a calming and peaceful place. Highly recommend to visit here.

New York Transit Museum - Brooklyn

Mimi Coleman: A hidden gem in Brooklyn that’s both fun and nostalgic! The vintage subway cars are amazing to walk through — like stepping into different eras of NYC. I especially loved the souvenir shop; everything was so cute and unique, from transit-themed gifts to retro-style collectibles. It’s the kind of place where you learn, take great photos, and leave with something special. Perfect for anyone who loves history, design, or just cool NYC vibes.

Prospect Park Zoo - Brooklyn

Rithika Iyer: Cute little zoo tucked away in a corner of Prospect Park in Brooklyn where you can easily spend a couple of hours enjoying the animals. The main attractions are the sea lions in the central courtyard that love performing for visitors at feedings times, and a troop of Hamadryas Baboons. There are also a host of smaller animals in the buildings, an Aviary, as well as a kid-friendly Barn (goats, sheep, cows, pigs, alpacas) and a nice little Trail featuring a wetland with migratory waterfowl and animals like the red pandas, dingoes and emus. Youll likely spot a peacock or three roaming free around the zoo while youre around. They have clean restrooms and a water refilling station working year round, and a little souvenir store where you can also buy snacks and soft drinks. (this review is based on multiple visits)
