Monticello Urgent Care (Middletown Medical) - Monticello Anthony Rizzuto: This urgent care location is typically acceptable but my experience today was so horrible I will never go back. I had a provider with a terrible attitude that was completely useless to my well being and health. The providers name is Christopher Rowan or Roman (I can’t read the signature which also doesn’t include his title). Absolutely horrible bedside manners and did nothing to help I could’ve stayed home for the assistance I received as my wife and I both are experiencing horrible flu and cold symptoms. His answer was drink fluids and rest if you’re not better in 10 days see your primary doctor. My wife was the patient of this visit and has had breathing issues her entire life. We all know how serious these illnesses have been just an all around sour experience.
