Garnet Health Doctors - Monticello - Monticello Vladimir Tess: Charged me unexpected $25 co pay. When asked about it, secretary got agitated and argumentative, saying things like "we can refund you copay but you may have to pay the whole bill" and "youre supposed to call your insurance company before coming in". Thats not a way to treat a beneficiary. Health care staff is wonderful though.

I’ve been here more than a few times. my son has gone here for Urgent Care a number of times as well. It’s been for various things, from bumps and bruises to something that needed antibiotics. The place is clean, the staff is courteous and professional, I’ve always been happy with the care that this Urgent Care Center provides..
Good Samaritan Hospital - Suffern Paula LaBruna: My dad was born at Good Sam in 1939. This was his main go to place over the years. He had a couple trips to the ER and recent hospitalization in Feb. Always, a positive trip to the ER and always got placed in a room, not hallway . When he was admitted on 3rd floor, staff very friendly, helpful, and rooms clean. This whole team includes the nursing, aides, social worker, PT/OT/Speech, hospitalist, housekeeping, front desk, phlebotomy, food services.
Also, I would like to thank the Wound Care Center. The whole team treated my dad so well.
ODA Primary Health Care Network - Monticello Jack With: Nasty and ugly attitude, some ugly guy Neuman Keeps on letting in those Who he like and ignores other customers just simple ugly attitude, if you take the right to ask why you keep on being pushed none stop the answer is "I AM RUNNING THIS PALCE AND NO TELLS ME HOW YOU DONT LIKE IT LEAVE!"

UHS Primary Care - Owego - Owego Dave Hunter: A very professional operation from start to finish. A comfortable waiting room, smooth check in process and skilled medical staff. Dr. Orrell is top notch and Canadas loss is our gain here in Owego. The doctor has great people/soft skills and brings empathy to her practice. She always follows up in a timely manner and is always open to questions.
