Mike is honest, hard working, and just a great person to do business with. He does it all. Hes one of the mechanics, hes the owner, hes the salesman, manager, HR...he has poured his heart and soul into this business and you should absolutely support them - a local, family, business. Ill be buying all my cars from them from now on.

M C Joe and Dustin at Cole’s Muffler were super friendly and helpful. I had a nail in my tire, and after calling around with no luck, they got me in within minutes and patched it for free. Took them less than 30 minutes from dial to fix!! Highly recommend!

Erik Jones Incredibly fast and friendly! My wife and I are in Ithaca on a trip from Akron. We had a slow tire leak and made an appointment to see if we needed to replace the tire or if it could be repaired. Ken and his crew got us in right away, quickly found the culprit (a small screw in the tire) and got it patched up in under 10 minutes. And they didn’t even charge me!!!!! If we didn’t live in Akron, this would be our regular spot for repairs. Thanks so much to Ken and the crew at Cole/Mavis for saving our trip.

Qamar M Asim (Asim) Scheduled an oil change appointment and everything went smoothly until I had to actually drive my car. Got my oil changed before a long 4 hour drive so the car would be ready, and as soon as I hit the highway the oil cover shield plate under the car fell off as it was not bolted properly. Completely ruined the drive as I had to pull over every 30 minutes to tape the skid plate over and over. It is completely unacceptable for a professional shop like this to do such lousy and unprofessional work on something as simple as an oil change. As a local student, I put my trust in their hands and will not allow anyone to make the same mistake I did. I thought that paying a little extra for an oil change for the peace of mind of a good professional job would be the smart move, instead it is now costing me double as I have to replace the skid plate because it is completely torn apart. Nonetheless, Tony at the front desk was a friendly and kind gentleman. Just very unfortunate that there is a lack of quality control at this good year and they are letting the simple mistakes pass.

Jill Crane I was 300 miles from home and needed an emergency repair recently on a Friday. Mark was busy but agreed to try and fit me in later in the day. He not only made a timely, quality repair, but he was reasonably priced. It makes a difference when the owner lives in the community. He was also pleasant and professional. Judy Greenier They ordered all the parts before I brought my car in! Gerber said it would be 7 working days! Every time I call them it’s in reassembly but I marked my tire and the car hasn’t moved? They keep saying 05/20/22 ? Ok so why would you quote me 7 days but now want to keep it over a month? Don’t waste your time with this garage! They lie, give you false information and basically are crooks! Go to Manchester’s which is where I normally go! Never again will I come here! I wouldn’t trust them to fix my broken pen!!!! Photos show still in reassembly! Every text I get is reassembly! It’s in reassembly! Looks like it’s still just sitting in the same spot to me!

Valerie A friend recommended Wrens when I moved to the area, and I am so happy I followed the recommendation. In my two experiences with Wrens, the service has been top-notch all around, from the receptionist to the mechanics. I dropped my car off yesterday for some work that was scheduled to be done tomorrow. This morning I received a call that they looked it over. By this afternoon, the work was completed. I couldnt be more pleased.

Mike Gilbert I needed my spare tire pressure sensor activated. Maguire Subaru wanted $119 to perform the service. Rather than pay that exorbitant rate, I bought a $15 tool and did the job myself in 30 seconds.

Thomas Everest Was wary about going to a dealership for service, and definitely wont be going back. Was charged for double the amount of labor (which at $190/hr seems pricey), and they didnt believe my wife when she told them. Had to call and come back in person before they double checked. Not even sure they refunded it properly. Also, if you ask for them to be done by a certain time, they wont be. Thats just the time theyll call you to tell you when theyll actually work on it. And they will try to charge you for things you didnt ask for. I only caught this by asking for an itemized list. Only reason they get two stars is because the shuttle service is nice and Jeff is very friendly.

Mont Ant You really dont get much better in my opinion. Ive known of this place for a very short time, but I was instantly treated like a longtime, returning customer and the price is right. Honest and all around great guy! Is my new "go-to" without question. Its much appreciated Precision Auto!

Emily Diamond Ive taken my car here multiple times and have had great service at a great price. However this morning I left in tears due to miscommunication and poor customer service. I made an appointment to drop my car off at 8:30 am to get inspected and to get my tires changed. I arrived and was immediately told that my appointment was not for Monday, but for Tuesday, and that they couldnt change my tires because their tire machine was down. I told the man that the girl I spoke to on the phone must have made a mistake, only to hear "No she didnt, she never makes mistakes, ever. I was right there when she told you the tire machine was down." I would not have made an appointment for Tuesday, the plan was to drop it off on Monday and pick it up on Tuesday, not that my appointment was for Tuesday. Even still, I would have just laughed it off as a simple mistake if I was not treated with such malice.

Sara Parsons I have gone here for years but I won’t be back. They didn’t check the fluids listed on the invoice as checked. The political stickers on the pricing sheet are obnoxious and unprofessional just like their work. There are plenty of places that are more affordable and thorough.

Chad Burgess Took my car there, was charged for a bunch of work that was never done, over 1000 in work that claimed they did. I still had problems. I took the car do a real mechanic and showed them the work order that McDonalds said they did. That mechanic said most of that work definitely wasnt done. I wouldnt take another vehicle here ever again. Theyre scammers. Bad business

Keegan Dobell Recently took my truck to white hat after i had an incident a few weeks ago they got me right in with no problem and not much of a wait either. I would like to thank the two workers out front Andrew and Cassidy they both made this experience simple and quick and none frustrating. Josh Latterell Anything but “quick”. Technicians were available as soon as I drove in and work started on it a few moments later. All I needed was a tire rotation. 40 min later my vehicle rolled up. Very nice and courteous people, but very, very, very, slow.

Kim McCooey For "Quick Lane", an oil change and tire rotation took 2 hours, oh Im sorry the representative made sure to correct me by stating "1 hour and 45 minutes" which I agree to him furthering my point of that being unacceptable! Not 1 person updated along the way and there was nothing but attitude and a sort of an arrogance from the start. We just recently purchased this 2021 truck brand new and was unsure as to when to get the oil change and so on and when questioned on the tire rotation, we asked his professional opinion and instead of simply explaining as to why you should and when, he replies with "well it will either cost you $20 now or thousands later". When the vehicle was finally done, and the further disrespect continued we were happy to just get out of there but to find the truck dirty and the seats not even attempted to be returned to position, it was over all a horrible experience with the desk attendant.
