2 /5 Em Cee: I’ve been a customer here for a while with no complaints, but today was a major letdown. All I asked for was a simple sns manicure. My nails came out with visible texture and spots that weren’t fixed, now I will be going to a different salon this week to get them redone. I’ve attached photos to show the issues. And no, it wasn’t my fault, they messed up on the top coats and drying process. The tech said the spots came from the salons dip powder products.
Also I was unable to use my loyalty card for a free manicure because “it’s not allowed on weekends.” Given that my nails weren’t done properly in the end, I would’ve appreciated the gesture of receiving the free service, especially since my card was fully stamped. They gave me a little discount because I asked them for it, but I felt they were just being greedy.
Customer service and satisfaction is everything and today I was unimpressed, so I will not return.
