Terrible quality, would not recommend going. I showed reference pictures to Ayanna told her I wanted a cateye shape. She ended up doing a wispy set at the end. I did not say anything because they looked decent. That’s on me but the retention was awful. I found myself back in the studio in less than two weeks with Ayanna again.
When she saw my lashes she asked me where I did them because she was shocked at the retention. I told her she did them less than two weeks ago and if she can just make them more cateye than wispy. She replied that my lashes weren’t cateye and she couldn’t do that.. even though she made them wispy in the first place when I asked for cateye.. She told me she’d have to charge me for the removal PLUS a whole new set even. This was very annoying since I did not get the lashes I first asked for (although on me for not saying anything) but then her being shocked with the quality and deliberately giving me a different style and charging me for both prices was very infuriating.
I asked if she could just remove it since I was overall unhappy with my experience, she still wanted to charge for the $30 removal fee. I disagreed not wanting to waste more money at this place. I left and thankfully by the grace of God got my deposit.
Very unprofessional. I did not get what I requested and was not able to compromise for a style I wanted when the retention was awful.
Also, I’ve had lashes done several times and know the proper care. I did exactly what I’ve done when I’ve gotten lashes from other places that lasted a month so the error was not the care I provided. This location in the city has several other lashes places with better retention and similar or even cheaper pricing. Would not recommend ever going.
(I am not one to write bad reviews.. especially on non food places but this was just an overall awful experience)
