I was told that front brakes are good, however the rear needs to be replaced. Im always on top of my vehicle so I already purchased front and rear brakes to be on the safe side. They changed my brakes and my rear tail light as it was out. Will definitely return to this shop for more repairs if needed.

Came back with a bill of $190.00 They are rude, lack customer service skills and think because they are licensed mechanics, they are good mechanics. Proceed with Caution.

5 /5 Evelyn P: I think these guys are great! I found them by accident. Just before I went through the Midtown Tunnel, I discovered my axle had been demolished by someone crashing into my car when it was parked! So I just pulled off the LIE as soon as I got out the tunnel and stumbled upon these guys. They spent an hour whacking the axle back into shape so that I could go on my trip, and then when I got back, they fixed it for me for half the price I would be charged in Manhattan. I totally trust them to fix what needs to be fixed and not overcharge and bring my car out there when I need anything even though its a pain in the rear to have to take the train back while the car is in the shop. They also have a garage cat, so you know they have a heart.

CARLOS GOMEZ: I went to N.E.A.C due to the nice reviews on YELP but still there is that skepticism. I get my car serviced at MB Manhattan, they offer rim repair service, after several repairs and $300.00 each rim, RIM repair said that my rims could not be repaired any more and that I should buy a new set. Or that the only thing left to do was to patch up the rims and paint them. I said ok, proceed..... some months later I came across N.E.A.C. (yelp) because I needed the rims to look like new again (image is every thingy!) so what was I saying.. ohh yeah!. not only did they repair my rims, but they look better than new!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! look at the pickys I could not be any happier!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The repair guy (from TEXAS) told me I can scratch the rims another 100 times and he can repair them.... there is plenty of meat for him to work on. lol they are the best!!!!! if you are anal about every little detail... this is the place to go :0)

Could "manners" be better? yes, but do you want great service and price or overcharged politeness? I prefer the former. I send all friends here.

Andrew Z: 1. Left an inch gap under my rear tail light (image below) 2. They left my car with 3 new sensor/radar problems. They then tried to avoid any interactions with me. When they finally acknowledged it, they just went to a different shop and charged us the bill for their service. 3. Caused massive scratches to my car(3 images below) 4. Used up 60miles of range in a span of 8hours. (They did not do anything to the car other than drive and told us to come pick it up because it’s done being fixed) 5. Will overspray paint onto your tail light and diffuser 6. The owner will free ball your repair without listening to what the vehicle’s problems are After all of this, owner stated: This is all I can do for the price. They refused to acknowledge the wiring and sensor problems that they caused and said it is what it is for the price.
