Reaves Dental - New Hartford (NY)

5 /5 Courtney Gibbons: I started visiting Reaves Dental in 2014 and returned the the practice recently after a gap (temporarily out of state). I immediately remembered why I loved them in the first place: thorough, kind, and willing to answer any question. I was also really impressed with how well the practice did with my 2.5-year-old at his appointment. Hes not the most patient or still kid, so getting him to open wide and let his teeth be "tickled" (and then FLOSSED!) was a testament to how good this place is! Its also really fun to visit because they have bird feeders by the windows of the exam rooms. Im not a birder but its nice to have something to watch while someone is poking around in your mouth. The practice also referred me to an oral surgeon when they noticed something of concern in my mouth. I was grateful they walked me through what the visit would be like and what a biopsy would involve. It helped me feel prepared instead of scared.

With the assistance of state- of- the- art scanning equipment they were able to save a tooth I thought for sure was slated to be pulled. I received a cap the same day and walked out a happy client. They are so thoughtful that Dr.Bri called me that night to see how I was doing. So unexpected, but so appreciated!

5 /5 Kathleen F: Always a great experience at Reaves Dental. At this latest visit I needed a crown. I was allowed to follow the employee into the rooms where the crowns are made and see the process from start to finish. Amazing what technology can do. This "field trip" to the milling room certainly added to my patient experience. Thank you!

5 /5 Carol Putruele: My husband and I both go to Reaves Dental and have for quite a few years. All of our dental needs have met and continue to be met in this practice. My husband had implants put in by Dr. Justin and couldn’t be more satisfied. Jessica is my hygienist and she is great, she is very attentive and always concerned about any new issues you may have. The entire practice from front desk to dentists gets an A-plus in my opinion.
