Dawn Broadbent For the most part the staff and the front desk were very professional. I appreciated the cleanness of the office and the examining room and everyone was most helpful. Had a little difficulty with the X-Ray because I have difficulty standing. Thr impressions I would not do again; but after a few remarks from other people I know I handled it better than most. Tony Hutchinson Not giving a good review. I been here for, awhile was always cleanings my first time needing a tooth filled by a new younger dentist. Not good at all. Do not go here. Just beware. Not only did he drill most of my tooth out, he filled it. Tooth broke in half, and filling came right out. Just read reviews. He has lots of good reviews, but all of us are at our own risk. Good luck. The owner is great, but new ones coming in.

Jr S I would not recommend going there for anything. I went in to get a checkup and cleaning because I am in a lot of pain due to a tooth or jaw infection. After waiting almost a half hour after the time I was scheduled to even get in the chair, and then another 20 minutes in the chair the“dentist” “looked” at my teeth and said your teeth look great everything is fine. Then lied and said there was no dental hygienist present. Then after lying to me about my teeth, and not doing half of the work I came in to get done they tried to sell me a “deep cleaning” that costs almost 4000 dollars. So now I have to get into a legitimate dentist for a second opinion, pay another dentist bill and I will be pursuing legal action against the dentist and dental hygienist . Completely disgusting and unprofessional to be denied proper medical care, given false information about my health and recommended an insanely expensive procedure that I don’t even need. The dental hygienist who I will refer to as Tara and the half assed dentist both need to be fired. A “medical professional” should not be allowed to bring private drama into the work place when people’s health is on the line. They will be hearing from my lawyer

Courtney Gibbons I started visiting Reaves Dental in 2014 and returned the the practice recently after a gap (temporarily out of state). I immediately remembered why I loved them in the first place: thorough, kind, and willing to answer any question. I was also really impressed with how well the practice did with my 2.5-year-old at his appointment. Hes not the most patient or still kid, so getting him to open wide and let his teeth be "tickled" (and then FLOSSED!) was a testament to how good this place is! Its also really fun to visit because they have bird feeders by the windows of the exam rooms. Im not a birder but its nice to have something to watch while someone is poking around in your mouth. The practice also referred me to an oral surgeon when they noticed something of concern in my mouth. I was grateful they walked me through what the visit would be like and what a biopsy would involve. It helped me feel prepared instead of scared.

With the assistance of state- of- the- art scanning equipment they were able to save a tooth I thought for sure was slated to be pulled. I received a cap the same day and walked out a happy client. Christina Kalin Tried out this dentist, strictly because this office is close to home. My prior dentist was great, but I moved! Smile solutions was great! From the assistants to the dentist himself. (It’s a husband and wife-owned dentistry, I haven’t met the wife yet!) great atmosphere. Very clean, professional, everything looks new, nicely decorated, and bright! I was impressed with the scans they did on my initial visit. The technology beat my prior dentist. They seem thorough, and attentive to making sure you understand your treatment plan. Karen Riposo I came into the office crying due to some recent horrific Dental work performed from a previous dentist. A friend of mine said that I would love Dr. Dorothy and that she could fix the mistakes from the previous dentist. I didnt think it would be possible. But it was! tracy barber I have been going there for about 8 years. I like the dentist. He does pretty good fillings and such. However, his office manager is a rude know it all individual. She basically billed my husbands insurance when no services were rendered, all because she said he needed a deep cleaning and refused to do a regular cleaning. He was in and out of their office in 5 minutes. He disagreed with her finding because he didn’t understand. She then began to get hostile. When I confronted her on the issue, weeks later, and told her she needs to refund his insurance, so he can go somewhere else. All because he had to reschedule his appt and gave a two week notice, and they couldnt get him in until 8 months from now, she kicked myself and my husband out of their office and told me to take my records. We both have different insurances, nor did I have a problem on my account. Sorry not going to beg somewhere to do business! Don’t get me wrong, the whole office is nice and pleasant, however, don’t get the know it all lady with short blond hair. Not only that she’s rude when cleaning your teeth, and huffs and puffs when you don’t do exactly what she wants you to do. She is incapable of keeping her emotions in check. Good luck if you get her!

Alicia Benson Very Kind and Courteous every time Ive been its been nothing but Customer friendly Service And very Good work done on my teeth the dentist gets straight to his job and Ive never experienced long wait times or feelings of being uncomfortable while waiting Tessa also did a amazing Job Cleaning my teeth She througly cleaned each tooth and since she cleaned them my tooth that seemed to bleed while brushing has not been bleeding one time since she cleaned them No dental hygienist has ever done that they have told me it was gum disease and or change my toothbrush to a electrical one and get that periodontal toothpaste to stop the bleeding it never worked but after her cleaning my teeth She gave me a regular non electrical tooth brush and a travel sized crest pro health and my teeth has not been bleeding at all. I highly recommend for anyone to choose them to take care of your dental needs. I read the reviews before choosing them as my dentist and the bad reviews I read is nothing compared to my experience there.

Kathleen I went into the office this morning for a routine new patient cleaning. Had no concerns or problems to be addressed and am consider a healthy female. All I needed was a cleaning. When I was brought back to the room to be examined I was informed by the hygienists I would need 18 X-rays as a new patient. Concerned with the excessive X-rays I immediately felt uncomfortable and choose to end the exam and look for a new dentist.

Joe Cieslak I had my first appointment at ODG today. Reagan was an awesome dental assistant who made me feel very comfortable and helped relieve my anxiety. Dr. Russel was so gentle and knowledgeable. She spent time answering my questions and explained everything about my future treatment. Ive been to a lot of dentists but not many took the time that Dr. Russel did to talk with me about a treatment plan i was comfortable with. Jack made sure I understood what was going on with my insurance coverage in detail. Barb was friendly and outgoing when she introduced herself to me. Im very happy I went there. I want to recommend them to everyone but I selfishly want to keep them a secret so no one gets an appointment ahead of me when I need one.

Dr Decastro did an excellent job . He also put my mind at ease and informed me at every step as to what he was going to do. Im very pleased with the care I received. Ryan Hanna I was referred to McGarvey Endodontics by my dentist for a root canal on one of my molars. All of the staff were super polite, professional and welcoming. Dr. Joseph Katsarsky performed my procedure, and its clearly evident that he is an expert in his field. Going in, I was extremely anxious as this was my first root canal and I didnt know what to expect. Dr. Katsarsky and his assistant both did a fantastic job calmy and thoroughly explaining the whole process every step of the way, which helped put my mind at ease. I felt absolutely ZERO pain during or after the procedure. I didnt need any pain relievers at all after my procedure. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Katsarsky to anyone who needs a root canal. His expertise, politeness, and professionalism make him a top-notch Endodontist. Thank you so much for making my experience so calm, easy, quick & painless!

Kate S. I got my first Root Canal ever at McGarvey Endodontics and it was best experience I think something like that could be. The staff was kind and the location felt clean and inviting, not stuffy and scary. The doctor was super patient and kind. He explained each step so there were no surprises. Honestly for me the Novocain is the scariest part and I didnt feel a thing. The whole procedure went amazingly well so Id absolutely recommend Dr. McGarvey.

Laura I had a root canal revision done here, and it was by far the best experience I’ve had for dental work. The procedure was 100% pain free. Even the numbing injections were nearly painless which I’m sure is due to the doctor’s experience and expertise. I had an anxiety attack before anything really got started and they were so patient and understanding. They never rushed me to get the process moving again. The doctor and the entire staff are friendly, kind, and you can tell they really care about their patients.

Finster This was the BEST experience Ive EVER had going to the dentist. The waiting area is very clean and the staff are so efficient! The staff is remarkable, specifically Karen and Edith! You can clearly see that they enjoy their jobs and make you feel as comfortable as possible. Dr. Maxwell was so patient and they all explain everything they are doing. Elizabeth Carney This place has been hot and cold for me. Dr Mark works too fast, doesn’t tell you what he’s doing before he does it. It feels like a business to them, not healthcare from the patient’s perspective.. If it weren’t for my impeccable memory, they would’ve made a terrible mistake with my dental work as one of the techs forgot to write vital information down for the next appointment(which I understand can be easy to do and understandably we are all human), but it would’ve cost me 1000s of dollars due to their incompetence. Not only that but I barely had enough time between “how are you doing?” And my response before his hands were in my mouth, not explaining what I was there for and what was happening, which was scary for me! Dr Lance, however, is my preferred doctor just because he tells you what he is doing before he is doing it. It feels more relaxed and my anxiety about dental work isn’t skyrocketing.

Nichole Mancino The business isnt run well. I was going there for two years and since my insurance changed and they had "met the quota" with my new insurance carrier for the year, I was turned away. When I made my appointment for the new year the receptionist told me that she didnt say they couldnt take my insurance for the year she said in general, which was a lie. She continued to argue with me on the phone with a horrible attitude, then the owner said he "has to draw the line somewhere" about not taking new patients with my insurance. 100% do not recommend unless you want to be disrespected.

Tres Finocchiaro Yesterday, my 4 year old did even know he got a shot! Jim and his staff are very kid-friendly. Jim knows kids are scared of needles, so he numbed the area and administered the novocaine without my son knowing. Then my son got his very first filling without struggle or fuss. This is very important to us, because we want our kids to grow up loving the dentist. Jim and his staff actually makes this possible. Theyre great with adults too. I have recommended several coworkers to Jims and they love him. Some coworkers have very specific dental needs and are very self-conscious and cautious about who they trust. The receptionist is kind, professional and knowledgeable, which is important when setting up your first appointment. Whether its a semi-annual checkup or a an emergency, Id highly recommend giving Jims office a call.

Phoebe !! I waited an hour and a half to be seen for a physical exam that took less than 5 minutes. The doctor told me not to gain any weight when I only weigh 104lbs. They clearly think skinny automatically means someone is healthy, and fat automatically means unhealthy. The doctor and the nurse both made extremely offensive comments and their so called “standards” could potentially be detrimental to young people and people with eating disorders. The BMI has been proven to be inaccurate and outdated and they still use it. Don’t come here if you can help it.

C F Went for my first visit yesterday and was so satisfied with my experience, I had to return today! (Conveniently they were able to get me in for a cleaning for the very next day following my filling!!) The staff is great, Super friendly and helpful. Dr. Elizondo was very informative, I actually learned quite a few things as we discussed options for a cosmetic implant!! Service was great, the attention to detail during my cleaning from Gina was amazing!! They really make you feel comfortable and ensure it’s a pleasant experience being there. I would recommend this dentist to everyone! I called all the members in my family and recommended going here!! I’m going to get my husband and kids switched over to this office as well!! Great Job!!
