It feels like a family--- complete with delicious coffee and donuts. The services are phenomenal: amazing worship music and inspiring, thought-provoking messages from Pastor Jeremy. I feel inspired and energized for my entire week. Note: I wrote this review four years ago and Im still attending this church and being blessed every week. Highly recommend!

They make you feel like you are home and that you belong! Its great! Its about a loving community coming together to worship and serve God! I invite to come!

Happy to call this church home and to be part of such a loving and purpose driven community where all things are possible through Jesus Christ who strengthens us. Laura Bower: My family moved to Westchester in 2015 and we began actively searching for a church. We were so lucky that we didnt have to look for very long because as soon as we arrived at Hitchcock we knew it was the church for us. We immediately felt welcomed, supported, and loved. There is so much to be involved with at Hitchcock -- plentiful service opportunities like the Angel Tree program at Christmas time and the Midnight Run throughout the year, the excellent youth programs (my children love attending Wednesdays at Hitchcock, which includes choir, dinner and youth forum/senior highs -- it is a highlight of the week for them!) mission trips and community building activities like the annual Chili Cook-off and the Holiday Christmas Carol sing-along. The sermons are always thought-provoking and inspiring and the music, led by Dr. John King, is always sensational and uplifting. Hitchcock is such a special place and we are so fortunate to be members.

Virgin Mary & St Demiana Coptic Orthodox Church - White Plains

Ereny: In Virgin Mary & St. Dimiana church you feel closer to god & you feel like the church is your home. While liturgy is going on, and you pray you can feel all the love of the church. It’s a small church but it’s beautiful and everyone in the church knows each other. I got baptized in this church and I couldn’t possibly choose another church over this one. Fr. Tadros and Fr. Paul are amazing priests and they cares about your opinions. This church has many activities a couple times a week for the children so they can be closer not just to the church but closer to god. I enjoy going to church and now I just wanna go every time there is a chance. I highly recommend this church if you’re looking for a Coptic Orthodox Church.

First Community Baptist Church - White Plains

Shwanda Ruffin: This church is AWESOME. It reminds me of a church down South. The congregation is welcoming. The Pastor is down to earth and the choir is AMAZING. THE do communion on tbe 1st Sunday of each month, Bible study on Wednesday @ 7. The Congregation is mixed & most are from tbe area...I am from out of town, however when I am there I attend. The Reverend also preaches in a relatable way & the Service runs efficiently. If you need prayer, community fellowship or a place to belong...check it out.
