1 /5 heyitsme girl: I took my car there to get the driver side painted and fixed. Got it back with the side skirting all bent and paint chipping. Asked him to check under the hood to see if there was any damage. He stated “ i replaced a couple lines” 2 days later my motor went just to find out that he messed up the lining and placement of things. So there was another 2500$ spent all because he didn’t do his job!!!!

Once approved she arranged it so my new jeep was brought to me and they picked up my old jeep transferred the plates and insurance they even helped my husband moved all my stuff from my old jeep to my new jeep, I didn’t have to take time off work signed the papers right at my job and drove my brand new jeep home! Sean maguire: Worst experience with a mechanic or shop Ive ever had. What was supposed to take 2 weeks (their quote) ended up being over 2 months. Then had to take my vehicle somewhere else a month later to fix half of the things Percivals "fixed". Customer service is even worse. If you enjoy extra stress for an underwhelming quality of work, this is the place for you. Otherwise take your vehicle somewhere else.

Michael Crandell: I purchased a 2021 Ford Edge Titanium from Matthews Ford in Norwich in November of 2024. The Sales Consultant, Paul M., was very helpful, honest and, unlike past experiences that Ive had with other dealers, he was not pushy when it came to the add-ons, like extended warranty, service program or rust protection (I declined all). Since it was a pre-owned vehicle, it did not come with a manual, factory door access code or a second key fob. But, when I asked if I could get those, Paul and the Sales Manager, Mark L., made sure that I got them at no additional cost. During my first service appointment, for an oil change, the service department was very pleasant and helpful.

He made sure that he only fixed what needed to be fixed (when I brought the car in, I thought the problem was worse than it turned out to be), and the repairs were completed in a timely manner. I plan on returning to Grease Monkey Repair Shop next time I need any of the family cars serviced.

TM Auto Repair Center Inc - Plattsburgh

D D: Id not used TM before, but was referred there for a burst brake line on a 29 year old van! My usual garage declined the job, I think it looked too hard. The broken line was very hard to even see, behind the sideways V6 engine. TM fixed it, spliced in a new piece. I have no idea how they got to it. Im sure it was a time consuming difficult job, so it was not cheap. But still less than junking the vehicle. I see they are ASE certified too. Ill continue to use them. Lastly, I prefer a small, local, family operation. 5 stars. Oh, yes, I did have to wait a number of days to get my job done, but the fact they are that busy is a good sign in my book.
