5 /5 Anne Hoyt: I am a former patient of Randolph Mitchell. When he retired, I thought I was find someone closer to Geneva where I now live. However, I had a dental emergency (a broken tooth) just before a trip and had to be seen right away. Dr. Russo worked me into his schedule and did a really great job repairing the damage. Ive been living with that repair for several months now, and it has given me absolutely no problems, so I hes really good. Hes also quite nice

I showed my boss my appointment slip they wrote me months ago to schedule the day off, just to be told when I got there that they put it in wrong on the computer and won’t be able to see me for 4 more months… this has also happened to my friend who goes here. my family has also had issues with payment, they refused to let us pay the day of last time and instead of sending us a bill they sent it to collections…
