I found the report to be accurate and thorough. After consulting with Jeremiah a work plan was established and executed. The customer service repair work and attention to detail was exceptional. I also found the prices very reasonable and fair.

I asked what happened, and he told me that he parked it on the street and someone hit it and ran away. When I told him that this is your responsibility because my car was at your shop and there was no damage to it. After this discussion, he decided to give me only $300, which is not enough to fix the damage. Now I filed a complaint and there is a court date.
