The owner is very kind and friendly, she do a very good job, the experience will be 100% better if you call to make an appointment ahead, because sometimes she is by herself. Something to keep in mind: the beauty is not longer called Francis Leiby, the name youll find now is Salir Bella Beauty Salon. About the prices, I think are reasonable.

5 /5 Jessika Atz: The owner is super friendly and gave me the best haircut after dealing with dry and damaged long hair I decided to cut it off and was very nervous about it , she keeps the salon very clean and the locals love her !! If you ever need your hair done and youre in the neighborhood definitely check her out , I will be back soon!!

When I started coming here I had permed hair and for the last 2 years Ive been completely natural and the end result is always IMPECCABLE. Thats saying something, a salon for all type of hair with the Dominican quality we all know and love, who needs a relaxer when you can just come to Leibys. She makes a perfect hair blowout. She is very attentive. The owner of the salon is welcoming, and creates a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The salon is very clean, with modern decor and great ambiance. Great salon in the community of the upper Manhattan/Inwood neighborhoods. Highly recommend.
