4 /5 Victoria Anyafulu: I got the Intensive spa pkg with a facial. For the intensive treatment I chose the Chrysalis. It was wonderful! Tracey is very experienced and good at what she does. My first visit was an enjoyable experience! The only downside to this place is if you are allergic to cats this is not the place for you.

Sweet sister nail and spa - Bayside

Deborah Agudo: Needed a quick set for a trip that I was going on literally the next day and I walked in around 6:30-7pm for their combo of acrylic tip and regular pedicure. From the beginning I was excited and loved the service and quality, not even a full week goes by with my acrylic set and they are lifting one by one. They all came off a week and half in. I added a design and had French. I told them no gel as well when they asked and they did it anyways. (I originally thought it came with the French because I asked for French afterwards but that’s on me). Overall the pedicure was good quality but very disappointed with the set.

Jennie Destefano: I visited last week for the first time. I got a spa pedicure for 50 bucks which was great but wanted to charge me 30 extra for gel polish which is crazy because most places would charge 10 or 15. Anyway I got regular polish that is already messed up idk if its cheap paint. Chris did a wonderful job but didnt get my ingrown toenail out. After me keep telling him. Beyond that the place was very clean and nice. And very friendly . Rachel does best eyebrows. I will go back again because everyone deserves a second chance.

Sylvia Lin: I did my nails here last month and had to come back just to say how amazing they are! I got so many compliments. The artwork is detailed and beautiful, and even after a month, they still look fresh with no peeling or cracks. Highly recommend!

Tiffany: I was in the area and called in, they took us as a walk in and we were able to get pedicures at the same time. Everyone was nice , service was quick and friendly. Marlene and Frank did our pedicures . The owner/manager offered and made us coffee during our pedicures . If I’m ever in the area again I will return to this salon. I love that it’s spacious, clean, and modern. For a male pedicure with no polish-just buff & a gel pedicure with no design , my total was $110. Recommendations for improvement: -if there is an upcharge for a certain brand of polish, inform customer before hand. -coat hooks would be convenient -personally I love massage chairs. Their chairs are very nice, stylish chairs but don’t massage and didn’t seem to be adjustable

H Mir: Almond, coffin, stiletto, gems, ombré, chrome. They do it all! The best salon in that 3 block radius in Springfield (and I’ve visited every salon). Fei Fei Salon truly tries to accommodate every customer. I don’t have a particular person I go to or request because of the staff are incredibly talented and good at what they do. I always get designs or something unique, and have never been dissatisfied with my nails. I get a hard gel and then always a fill. The pedicures are clean and well-done, with lots of options for spa pedicures as well. This has been my go to nail salon for a year. Also, I got my nails done for all my wedding events here (Shaadi, dolki, mehndi). I usually go in with a few pictures for inspiration and work with the manicurist to come up with something. Sometimes I do appointments, but usually walk ins. Also they are the only salon nearby that is open on a Sunday. It’s so convenient and satisfactory that I’m considering getting my hair cut and massages here as well. I always feel respected and welcome in this place. I used to go to another salon and observed several times that the owner was prioritizing other customers over me and making me wait more than 1 hour for appointments while immediately catering to older White customers. At Fei Fei, I was getting my nails done during the solar eclipse. The manicurist paused her work for me, lent me her glasses so I could go outside and experience the eclipse. They are so friendly, nonjudgmental, and importantly, very professional here. I’ve seen women come in with their children and even small dogs. Overall a welcoming space, which is important since I spend so much time and money there. My only dislike is that there is one guy who does pedicures and I don’t like his work. I avoid him and if he were the only person available for pedicure, I would skip it.

Katherin Umana Galeano: Walked-in yesterday to this salon for my first time and I can happily say I’ve found my new nail place! I moved to the neighborhood a month ago and tried a different salon that left me dissatisfied. I’m so glad I gave Pink nails a try. They did a great job cleaning my nails and removing cuticles — a part of the manicure that I pay close attention too. Then, the painting (regular polish) came out better than, if not, just as nice as a gel polish would have. I highly recommend Pink nails and can say for sure, I’ll be going back there. P.s. pedicure was just as great and VERY fair pricing!

They work with appointments, but sometimes theyll try their best to accommodate you. The owner is very sweet, and their customer service is great. Happy to have them in the neighborhood.

Jessica St. Croix: They overcharge you for the nails everything cost extra GEL MANICURE should include cutting the cuticles and shaping the nails!!! THATS A RIP OFF. The gel fill was $45 PLUS $20 FOR FRENCH ?? $5 CUTICLES $5 SHAPING???!! so $75 for a FILL. $133 dollars total for gel FILL AND GEL PEDI The salon doesn’t clean the pedicure bowls after each customer I had to ask for them to clean it. Doesn’t matter if you are a loyal customer they will still rip you off HAHA ladies go somewhere else this place charges manhattan prices in the hood.
