5 /5 menafra susan: Hi Dr DeSantis is a wonderful periodontist. She is very professional, she does an amazing job. My procedure was totally painless .She explained everything to me ahead of time. She is very personable and actually had me laugh while sitting in her chair, she has an amazing sense of humor. She is the only one I will go to for periodontal issues. Her office staff and assistant are very nice too!

I was extremely nervous before my procedure, but she was so reassuring—calmly talking me through everything and reminding me I was going to be okay. Her gentle, caring nature made all the difference. Her staff was just as wonderful: kind, supportive, and truly some of the nicest people I’ve encountered in a medical setting. The office was spotless and very comfortable, which helped ease my nerves even more. What truly stood out was that Dr. DeSantes personally called me later that evening to check on how I was doing. That level of compassion and follow-through is rare. I’m so grateful I was in her care and would recommend her without hesitation.
