I had a sudden muffler problem last week and had time constraints and they fit me in the schedule. This could have been a very expensive repair but they took the time to look at the situation and evaluate options. When the easy option was to replace an item For $2,800 they researched other solutions and the repair was easier and more cost effective without compromising the safety or longevity of the parts. It’s not the first time they have taken the time to look for alternative solutions. We moved here 7 years ago and I wish I found them earlier.

They are very good at identifying and solving any issues your vehicle may have and do so at fair rate. No he is not the cheapest, but when you pay peanuts the quality of the work will drop with it. While my beater may have just went and I just got a new car, I know where I will be taking my car when issues arise!

After the inspection was complete, they walked me through suggestions for issues and repairs to be mindful of in the coming year but did not try to push services. I really appreciated the information and the manner in which it was provided.

5 /5 B B: Schoen has been maintaining my 2007 V70 since I bought it four years ago. Most recently, they fixed a very intermittent problem with my shifter. They persevered to get it to fail, then identified the fix. I was kept informed with the status by their friendly staff. The car works perfectly now and I can confidently drive it without worry about getting stuck. Ive been very happy with them and plan to return. Thanks, Schoen Auto!
