1 /5 Charlotte Shields-Rossi: y family dropped off a car with a flat tire in hopes that it would get fixed. We were told that it would be available Saturday June 28th, and that we would receive a call when we could pick the car up. Around 4 p.m. with no call, I called checking the status. A man on the phone said “yes that car is being worked on, we will call you shortly to come pick it up” At around 5 p.m. we called and were sent to voicemail multiple times. At 6:30 p.m. we arrived at the shop to find that not only was the car not done, but it had not even been looked at, still in the same position that it was left in. One of the mechanics told us he had no clue why the car was untouched, seemingly disinterested in our situation. If we had not arrived at 6:30 we would not have been able to pick up our car considering they were closed the following day, thankfully we did and sent our car to another repair shop to get it fixed.
